When we first walked into this restaurant at 8 pm, (we were the first of course) we were at perplexed. It seemed as much a fish market as a restaurant. We now realize that people come for the fish...not a romantic setting. (however the ambience is great for what it is which is why we gave it 5 stars) We had a brilliant idea of asking if we could take the food to go. The woman agreed it was a great idea and proceeded to help us with our choices. While the food cooked, we used the 15 min to grab a nice bottle of wine at a local winery (4 min walk) and some other groceries from the store across from the winery. We picked up our food, (total of $32 euros for mussels, octopus starters and fish fillets for the main) and had a very romantic candlelight dinner on the patio of our airbnb. (Just warm enough with jackets) We were absolutely delighted. A great experience and one we'd repeat if we were staying longer! (btw...the place was already hopping as we left with our food at 8:30 on a Saturday night in December, so make reservations)

Very fresh food! Just point and get it grilled. Eat it with a piece of bread. I would have appriated a choice of potatoes or vegetables.
The food is so good and fresh because you can select what and how much do you want to eat of everything, the personal is so kind and you get everything in a really good time between one dish and other. I super recomend this great place!
Restaurant is set up as a fishmongers. One chooses which fresh fish that you want to eat. It is weighed and you are charged accordingly. A choice of starters. Small selection of good wines at very good price point and beer on tap. Your fish is grilled or fried depending on your wishes and what it is. If you like eating fresh fish with no frills then this is a great place.There is no table service as one collects the cooked food from the kitchen serving hatch and deposit used plates there.Very friendly and busy atmosphere and we are definitely returning.
The best fish restaurant in the town. The staff is really welcoming and cares about everyone. The fish was good, you can choose within a lot of different fishes and they will cook them for you. Highly recommended!
