When I arrived in Kandy, I looked for a Chinese restaurant, but it happened to be the Buddha Tooth Festival, and some restaurants were closed, so I asked the chartered driver to take us to this Chinese restaurant. The dishes were served quickly. The dishes were divided into large and small portions. We ordered large portions, which were not large, but they were enough for 6 adults and 2 children. The iron plate beef and Kung Pao chicken were not authentic but not bad. The vegetarian mapo tofu, shredded potatoes, and broccoli were also fried well. The driver, who had a small appetite, ordered two bowls of rice. The hot and sour soup looked like tomato and egg soup, and it tasted quite spicy, not the spicy pepper. Although it was not business hours, they still welcomed us warmly. Some service guys could also take orders in Chinese, and the feeling of being in a foreign country was particularly cordial.
