The vegan options at a traditional Gasthaus were a nice surprise. My mushroom dish had real flavor, not just the usual boring veggie plate. Staff was patient when I asked questions about the menu.

The interior really got me—rustic but bright, not one of those dark cramped places. I ended up staying way longer than planned, just soaking it in. Could’ve easily sat there all afternoon. Only thing is the seats aren’t super comfy for long hangs, but honestly the vibe made up for it.

Prices are a bit steep compared to similar places, but the quality checks out. Solid option if you're already in the neighborhood.

Came for lunch on a weekday, place wasn't too busy. The schnitzel was solid, crispy and not greasy. Portion size felt right for the price. Only thing is the seating near the window is a bit cramped, not much legroom. But the room itself has a nice old-town vibe, high ceilings. Would sit at the bar next time.

Been here twice already, once last year and again this trip. The beef tartare is still as good as I remembered it. Ended up eating dinner here both nights of my stay, that says enough. Wine pairing was solid too. Place just keeps it consistent, which is why I keep coming back.

Food was solid, well-seasoned. Staff friendly enough. Prices a bit steep for what you get, but the vibe is relaxed. Good spot for a casual meal.

Cozy spot, nicely decorated. Service was quick and friendly. Pizza was good, though 30cm felt a bit small for the price. 😕

Stopped by for a quick dinner and the portion size honestly surprised me. Got the schnitzel and it was huge for the price. Taste was decent, nothing fancy, but you definitely get your money's worth. Place was a bit busy but I didn't wait long. Would come back if I'm in the area and hungry again.

Came for the Diavola pizza and it hit the spot. Nice spicy kick, though the raw onion on top was a bit much for me. Prices felt fair for what you get. The staff let me sit and finish my coffee without rushing, which I appreciated. Simple and easy.

Stopped by for a quick dinner and ordered the wiener schnitzel. Portion was decent for the price, though I’ve had bigger ones elsewhere. The place itself is small and cozy, nothing fancy. Waiter knew the menu well, which helped since I wasn’t sure what to pick. Fine if you’re in the area and want something simple.

Stopped by for lunch on a whim. The fish was really good, fresh and cooked just right. Owner came by our table himself, pretty chill guy. Price is on the higher side though, so it's more of a treat than a regular spot. Fine with me for the quality.

Nice little place right by the market. Sat outside on a sunny day, that was the best part. Service was friendly enough, nothing to complain about.

The waffles were the highlight of brunch — crispy outside, soft inside. Nice calm spot for a slow Sunday morning.

Went for the ribs, meat just fell off the bone. Sides were decent, nothing fancy but did the job. Place has that relaxed vibe, no rush. Service was quick enough. Maybe a bit more sauce on the ribs would've been nice, but overall a solid stop if you're in the area.

We sat near the open kitchen, which was actually quite nice to watch. Food came out fresh and portions were decent for the price. Elias looked after us well, friendly without hovering. Only small thing—the table felt a bit cramped, but nothing that ruined the meal. I'd come back if I'm in the area again.

We had a wheelchair user in our group and they handled it really well, made sure we got a good table and had space to move around. Food was solid too, nothing fancy but cooked properly. Service stayed friendly even when it got busy. Happy we picked this place.

Solid Greek spot in Linz. The homemade fries are a must, seriously good. Portions are big too. Just don't expect anything fancy since it's attached to a tennis club.

The wine tasting with three courses was well run, I’ll give them that. Each pour came with a proper explanation, and the food actually matched the wines instead of just being an afterthought. Portions were decent for the price too, not huge, but fair for what you pay. I left full enough and didn’t feel ripped off. Solid pick if you’re into that sort of thing.

Went back three times just for the schnitzel. Crust was thin and crispy, meat still juicy inside. The potato salad on the side had a nice tangy kick. Menu’s only in German, but that didn’t bother me. Just point and hope for the best. Portion’s decent for the price.
