Love the lively canteen feel here. The menu's got loads to choose from, and everything we tried was spot on. Portions are generous for the price. It does get quite noisy inside, but that's part of the energy.

Stumbled upon this place while wandering around Stirling. The staff were friendly and the vibe was pretty cozy. Had a decent lunch here, though the service was a little on the slow side.

Nice spot for a business lunch. The service was prompt and efficient, which is key for me. The building itself is quite impressive, both inside and out. Food was decent, nothing spectacular, but it got the job done. Good location near the office.

A decent spot for families. The kids' menu had some pretty good fresh options, and the little sandpit kept ours entertained. The grass area was a nice touch too. It's not the quietest place for a meal, but it does the job.

Service is efficient even when they're busy. Queue moved quickly, staff were polite. My doner was tender and flavourful, and everything tasted fresh. Food came out fast without feeling rushed. Good for a quick, solid meal.

The live music was a nice touch, but a bit loud for my taste. They were kind enough to move us to a table further back when we asked. Much better for a relaxed chat.

Sticky toffee pudding was the highlight. Seriously good, maybe the best version I've tried. Warm, rich, not too sweet. Just a really solid dessert to finish with.

Came here for a casual lunch with friends. The parsnip soup was so good - really fresh and creamy. Menu had a nice mix of sandwiches and local Scottish stuff. Perfect spot for a catch-up, though it did get a bit loud when it filled up.

The fish supper and king rib were just what we needed after a long walk. The chips were particularly good, not greasy at all.

The mac and cheese was incredible, honestly some of the best I've ever tried. The haggis pie was solid too. Just a really good, simple meal.

We were very disappointed in the lack of menu. If you don’t want pizza or burgers there is very little choice, nor is there a children’s menu. Lovely dining area and bar, staff were very attentive.

Service was really good, they knew the menu well and made us feel welcome. A bit on the formal side for a casual lunch, but they were attentive without hovering.

Friday evening visit. Pizzas from the new menu were fresh, and the beer selection had good Vault City options. Service was attentive.

Such a cute little spot! Came here with a few mates for a catch-up. The vibe was just right for chatting, not too loud. We ended up staying for ages over our coffees. The only thing was, it got a bit cosy when it got busier. Still, perfect for a relaxed hangout.

Love this little spot on the main street! Grabbed a window seat with my mates and the people-watching was top. The cakes looked unreal, had a tough time choosing. Just order at the counter and they bring it over. Perfect for a casual catch-up.

Solid spot for a business lunch. The grilled salmon was cooked well, service was prompt. Prices are fair for the area. Got in and out within the hour, which works for me.

This restaurant offers fabulous vegetarian options at reasonable prices. The staff are charming, and the central location is a big plus.

The Highland chicken is the one to get here. Properly cooked, nice and juicy. Good spot by the castle for a quick bite after a walk.

Popped in for a pint. Tennents was spot on, just how it should be. The place has that proper old pub feel, not trying too hard. Regulars at the bar were having a laugh. Good spot to end the day.

Stopped in for breakfast on the way to the castle. The eggs and black pudding were spot on. Best I've had on this trip.

Stopped in for lunch. The place was quiet, not too crowded. Could actually hear my friend talk without shouting. That's rare these days. Food was decent, nothing crazy. But the calm vibe was exactly what I needed.

Loved the upstairs area, so quiet and tucked away. Perfect for reading with a coffee. The menu is huge, almost too many choices! Had a nice flat white and just watched the rain.
