The carrot and cauliflower soup was a proper winter warmer, really creamy. Bang bang cauliflower had a nice kick to it. Bar staff were sound, helped me pick a local ale. Solid spot for a casual bite.

The lunch special is a good deal. I had the baby ribs, and they were the same generous portion as the main menu. Really appreciated that. The meat was tender and fell off the bone nicely.

Dog-friendly pub, which is a plus for me. The bookcase door to the loos is a nice touch. Had a decent burger and a pint. Good spot to unwind after work.

Jamie and Ben handled the rush well, service was smooth. The katsu curry had a nice crunch and the sauce wasn't too sweet. Solid choice when it's packed.

The fish and chips were solid, fresh and well-cooked. The fried scampi was a highlight, very tasty. Good portion sizes for the price. Service was efficient. A reliable spot for a straightforward meal.

The staff were really nice and helpful. My order was ready super fast, which was great. The place itself was spotless, you could tell they take care of it. 👍

The festive menu was a real treat for our office lunch. The turkey was moist, and the gravy had a nice depth to it. Staff were cheerful, kept the drinks topped up. Made a long week feel a bit brighter.

Cosy spot, and they're really dog-friendly which is a plus. The staff kept the place immaculate, wiping down tables as soon as people left. My spaniel was very content under the table.

The chicken in a bun was spot-on comfort food. Their house lager was a surprisingly good match for the zinger-style patty.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Good wheelchair access and disabled facilities make it easy for anyone with mobility issues.

Fourth time getting the 32oz tomahawk here. It was so tender this time, just melted. Cooked exactly how we like it.

Booked the cocktail making class for a big group. Becca was a great host. The finger food they brought out halfway was decent, but for the overall price per person, I did expect a bit more substantial nibbles. Fun activity though.

Lovely historic stone building, really enjoyed the atmosphere. It does get quite busy at lunch, but the staff were very patient. Had a toasted panini, simple and tasty. A comfortable spot for a quiet bite.

The staff remembered my usual order, which was a nice touch. The atmosphere felt very welcoming too.

The mac and cheese is a standout. Creamy, generous portion, and the cheese blend works. Took the family, and they handled the different orders efficiently. A solid choice for a straightforward meal.

The curry sauce was a bit thin, but it had a nice mild spice. The chips were the star though, crispy outside and fluffy inside. They held up well even with the sauce poured over them.

The staff here are so lovely and polite, really made me feel welcome. I had a ham and cheese sandwich with my coffee, both were just right. A very comfortable spot for a quiet lunch.

Came for a quick business lunch. The bacon baguette was solid, as suggested. Service was prompt, which I appreciate. Good for a reliable bite in the area.

The breakfast bagel with sausage and egg was just right, not too greasy. Flat white was smooth and hot. Plenty of space and charging points, so I could get some work done without rushing. Good spot for that.

My regular spot in Aberdeen. The staff are lovely, and they remember your usual. The coffee is always spot on.

The hand-pulled noodles were the star for me. You can tell they're made fresh, with a great chewy texture. The dumplings were solid too, nice and juicy. Just a solid, straightforward meal.

Stopped by for a quick coffee and ended up trying their avocado toast. The bread was really good, thick and toasted just right. Staff were nice, but the coffee was a bit weak for my taste.

Always a treat to pop in for their soya latte and a gluten-free brownie. The seats by the window are just right for a quiet moment, very comfortable. It's my go-to spot for a little pick-me-up.

A great spot for a quick catch-up! The decaf latte from this little kiosk is solid, and it's way less chaotic than the main store upstairs.
