Lunch on the terrace after a hike—shaded, with a killer view. Food was straightforward but done right. Their wine list had a few solid Austrian picks, which made the whole thing click for me. Service kept it easy, no fuss. Nice spot to just sit and breathe for an hour.

The schnitzel was the only thing that mattered to me. Breadcrumb crust had that proper crunch, meat stayed juicy inside. Portion felt generous for the price. Maybe slightly oily on the edges, but I'd order it again. That's really all I need from a place like this.

Stopped by for a late lunch and grabbed the local rösti—really solid, crispy edges and all. Beer was decent too. Place wasn't too busy around that time, so it felt pretty relaxed. Seats are a bit basic though, nothing fancy, but fine for a quick bite. Service was quick and friendly, which I appreciated.

The schnitzel was spot on. Tender, thin, proper golden crust. The meat had that slight tang from the lemon, nothing overpowering. Portion felt right for the price. I just ate and left. No complaints about the food itself.

Tried the tasting menu last night. Crayfish soup was the standout for me, really rich and smooth. Chamois fillet came next, cooked properly, no complaints there. Plating was neat, almost too neat, like they spent more time on looks than flavor. But honestly, the flavors held up. Solid spot if you're into that kind of dinner.

Wild boar goulash and cheese dumpling soup hit the spot after skiing. Portions were generous, service stayed friendly even when it got busy. Solid stop.

The veggie options are actually decent here, not just an afterthought. Tried a few dishes and they had real flavor. Place looks modern, kinda nice vibe inside. Nothing fancy but solid.

The schnitzel was fresh and crispy, exactly what I needed after a hike. Kids had their playground, so no complaints there.

The regional dishes tasted fresh, and they handled our big group without any chaos. Nice walk into town after to burn it off.

The inner courtyard is really nice, especially when the weather's warm. Feels way bigger than the front makes you think. It does get busy though, so better book a table in advance. We just walked in and had to wait a bit.

Burgers and the grill platter were solid, and the service moved quick. Got there on skis, which is always a plus. Apres-ski gets loud around 15:30, but the local crowd makes it fun. A cold beer paired well with the smoky flavors.

Cheese plate was solid, lots of local options. White wine hit the spot too. Quick stop before heading out, staff didn't rush me. Place gets busy around noon but worth it for a bite.

Stopped by for a quick coffee and a slice of cake. Location is great, right by the lake. Coffee was solid, hit the spot. Cake was okay, nothing special. Service was fast enough for a lunch break. Wouldn't go out of my way for the dessert, but fine for a quick stop.

The renovation really worked—that long bench along the wall is a smart addition, and extra bar stools make it easier to grab a spot. I ended up staying longer than planned, mostly because the wine list had a few interesting Austrian picks I wanted to work through. Cozy without feeling cramped.

The grilled fish was spot on, and the weizen paired with it beautifully. Right by the lake, hard to beat that setting. Service was a bit slow, but the beer made up for it.

Lovely terrace with vineyard views, and the staff were really friendly. The pork Vitello tonato was good, Morillon paired nicely. Only thing, it got a bit busy later on.

Stopped by after the thermal baths, no reservation but they squeezed us in. Portions were generous, schnitzel was solid. Service friendly enough, though they were busy. Would book ahead next time just to be safe. Fine for a casual dinner if you're in the area.

The Backhendl from here is honestly the best I've had in town. Even as delivery, the breading stayed crispy and the meat was juicy. We ordered a few things and everything arrived fresh, not soggy or sad. Just really well done. Maybe a bit pricey for takeout, but the quality makes up for it.
