The medieval decor is really something&mdash;staff in costumes, torches everywhere. We came for a casual hangout and ended up loving the venison soup and mixed meats. Service was friendly too. Would come back with more friends.

The mushroom soup was the highlight for me&mdash;really rich, the kind you want on a cold day. Chicken paprikash was solid too, creamy and well-seasoned. Place sits right on the square, so you get a nice view while eating. Only thing is it got a bit busy around noon, but that&rsquo;s fine. I&rsquo;d pop back for that soup again.

The grilled fish was so fresh, really flaky and light. I got the one with lemon butter and it just worked. Service was friendly too, though we waited a bit longer than I expected for the table. Not mad about it though, the food made up for it.

Sat outside on a nice fall afternoon. The patio was quiet and the weather made it easy to stay for a while. Waitress was busy but still cracked a joke or two, her English was spot on. Food did the job, nothing crazy but solid. Just a chill spot to grab lunch and not think too much.
