Stopped by for lunch on a workday. Place was quiet enough to actually talk. Got the daily plate, portion was solid for the price. Staff didn't hover but checked in when needed. Nothing fancy, but it does the job if you're nearby and want a decent meal without the hassle.

Solid lunch buffet for the price. Mostly veg and chicken dishes, a few salads. Not a huge spread but enough. Place was pretty quiet when I went, so it felt relaxed.

The salmon pizza was solid—fresh toppings, decent crust. My brother had the Veganissimo and seemed happy with it. Staff were attentive without hovering. Place had a relaxed vibe, nothing fancy. Fine for a casual meal if you're in the area. Maybe not worth a special trip, but it did the job.

Stopped by for dinner and honestly the poached quail was the highlight. Super tender, no effort to cut through it. Dessert with almond foam and coconut ice cream was decent too, though I wish the portion was a bit bigger. Place was quiet enough to talk, which I liked. Would come back if I'm in the area.

The tomato soup was thick and filling, decent size for a starter. Moussaka came out hot and honestly one of the better ones I've tried. Portion felt right for the price, didn't leave hungry. Place was busy but service kept up fine. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

The avocado tartar was a real surprise, pretty solid. Nice to see they had alcohol-free versions of the cocktails too. Service was helpful, pointed out the vegan stuff without me even asking. Lunch was fine, nothing fancy but decent. Maybe a bit quiet for my taste, but that's fine.

Laid-back spot with decent seating and a good playlist. Chill enough to hang out or get some work done. Nothing fancy, but it works.

We shared the 500g entrecôte and it was very good. The tartare starter was a highlight. The wine list is solid, and the staff gave good pairing suggestions. A fair deal for Finland.

The terrace alone is worth stopping by for — nice spot to just sit with a drink. Food was decent, nothing crazy, but the atmosphere carries it. Service did its job.

Coconut panna cotta was the highlight. Dessert list is short but that one’s worth it. Quick service too, in and out in 20 minutes.

The heated terrace is super cozy for hanging out with friends, and the fish dishes were solid. Service was a bit slow though.

Cute little vintage cafe in a nice historic spot. The cakes were soft and not too sweet, just how I like them. Good place to catch up with friends over coffee. ☕

Cozy spot, open kitchen in the back. Had the pasta—solid, nothing fancy but done right. Price is a bit on the higher side for what you get, but the quality holds up. Service was fine, no complaints. Would sit by the counter again if I'm in the area.

The pulla with that local cheese was really something else. I've never seen that combo anywhere else, and it worked surprisingly well. Sat by the window, the seat was comfortable enough to just relax and enjoy it slowly. Service was friendly too, no rush at all. Would come back just for that bread, honestly.

The 10-course fall menu was a steal for the price. Wine pairings were spot on, though the dessert bowl felt a bit off with the rustic vibe.

The salmon soup was the standout. Creamy but not heavy, and the dill actually came through. Had the meatballs too, decent but nothing crazy. Portion size was fair for the price. Would've liked more lingonberry with the meatballs though.

The cinnamon bun here is seriously good. Probably the best I’ve had in the Nordics, and I’ve tried a few. Staff were friendly too, didn’t feel rushed at all. Prices are fair for what you get, which is nice. I’d go back just for that bun honestly.

Went for the vegan brunch on Saturday. 12 euros and honestly, the food was solid. Coffee was good too, desserts were the highlight. Staff were friendly, place has a relaxed vibe. Maybe a bit busy but that's fine. Worth checking out if you're in the area.

Friendly staff, they brought our order to the table when they saw the stroller. Even gave the kid a lollipop. Nice touch.

The waiter actually remembered our order without writing it down, which I always appreciate. They swapped my side salad for extra greens without any fuss. Food came out fresh and well-balanced, though the salmon was slightly overdone on the edges. Still, the ingredients tasted clean and properly sourced. I'd come back for the lunch menu again.

The butter chicken here is consistently good—tender, rich, and the garlic naan holds up its end. Service was friendly, no fuss. A dependable spot for Indian food in Tampere, though it can get a bit busy around dinner. I liked that it didn't feel rushed.

The lunch menu changes often, which keeps things interesting. Warm veggies got a bit repetitive after a few visits though.

Friendly staff, solid Finnish classics. The beef liver was surprisingly good, portions generous. Maybe slightly quiet for a Friday night, but fine.

Stopped by for a weekday breakfast and grabbed the traditional Finnish porridge. River view is a nice touch while you eat. Still solid after coming here a few times.

Great wings and plenty of sauces—chipotle and hot garlic were solid picks. Got a cocktail to cool things down, worked well. Place gets busy fast, so expect a wait if you're there late.

The chai latte here is honestly the best I’ve had in Finland. Proper spice balance, not too sweet, and you can tell they use good tea. I’ve been a few times now and the cakes are always fresh. Plenty of gluten-free and vegan options too, which actually taste like something. Just wish they had a bit more seating.

The parmesan fries were the highlight for me—crispy and salty, perfect with the burger. Beef patty was juicy, though the bun got a bit soggy. Fun market hall spot to grab a quick bite.

Stopped by for lunch on a weekday. Place is a bit off the centre, but the walk isn't bad. Entrance is easy to miss, so keep an eye out. Once inside, it's surprisingly spacious, and the basement area has some quiet corners. Good spot if you need to get some work done or just want a break from the main streets. Service was fine, no complaints.

The wings were decent but the sauce was way too heavy. Fries ended up soaked in it. Vinegar taste was strong for me, though some folks might dig that.
