The salad is crispy and juicy. The dressing is not too thick or overly flavorful and the chicken breast is not dry. GarlicPrawn- Garlic shrimp, the shrimp balls are very fresh, refreshing, creamy and fragrant. At the same time, coconut milk is added to make this dish full of coconut aroma. It comes with garlic toast. You can put the toast into the sauce and toast to absorb the sauce. Taste first class Porkchop - A slightly ordinary dish, but the portion is quite large. The pork chop is juicy and beautifully presented. There are many choices of side dishes. Sirloin - sirloin steak, I chose mediumrare, but when I cut it, I felt that mediumwell made the steak dry and less juicy. However, the presentation was also excellent, and the coarse sea salt on the plate made the steak less colorful. For the side dish, I chose Potato Gratin with Leek and 3 Cheese, which are probably thick-cut potato chips baked with cheese and cream. However, since it is a 5-star hotel, the food standards are higher and the dishes are relatively large. The menu is only one page and there are not many choices.
