Finally got to try this place after staring at it from our hotel balcony all week. The menu's got some creative stuff going on, ingredients tasted fresh. Service was quick and the staff seemed genuinely nice. Even our dog got a warm welcome, which was a plus. Pretty solid dinner overall.

We went for the set menu for two and honestly, that was plenty. The food was solid, but what really stuck with me was the seating. The chairs are those low wooden ones, and after an hour my back was starting to complain. Service was quick though, even with the place packed.

Gluten-free pizza actually held up well, decent crust and taste. Marco took good care of us without hovering. Place was busy but fine.

The grilled octopus paired beautifully with a crisp white wine — simple menu, solid seafood, no fuss.

Stopped by for a drink and ended up staying longer than planned. The Amaretto Sour was spot on, not too sweet. We grabbed a platter too, cold cuts and cheese were solid. Music was decent, not overpowering. Prices felt fair for Lugano, which is saying something. Wouldn't mind coming back if I'm in the area again.

The staff here were really welcoming, even when it got busy during lunch. They stayed friendly and on top of things the whole time.

Lovely little spot in Lugano with a pergola-covered garden. Had a great lunch there—decent mix of local and ethnic dishes, prices fair. Staff were friendly too.

Pizza was solid and the price felt fair for Switzerland. Simple spot, nothing fancy, but the service was quick. Good enough for a casual bite.

Great spot right by the funicular—cappuccino was solid and the pastries tasted fresh. Sat outside watching the cable cars, pretty nice way to kill some time.

Came for the view and stayed for the crème brûlée, honestly. That thing was perfect—caramelized top, creamy inside. Service was quick too, which I appreciated. Carbonara was decent but the portion felt a bit small for the price. Still, the setting made up for it. I'd sit by the window again.

Great spot for a quick bite. Tried their creative flavors, pretty solid. Service was fast, got my food in minutes. Place was clean too. Good for a lunch break.

Came here for a quick drink and ended up staying longer than planned. The lake view from the piazza is really something — makes the whole place feel more open. Staff were friendly enough and drinks came fast even when it started filling up. Just a decent spot to sit and watch people go by.

The gluten-free roll came out fresh without me even asking. Staff clearly knew their stuff about cross-contamination. Felt safe eating here.

Loved the cappuccino here, easily one of the best in Lugano. The little library corner is such a nice touch for a chill morning.

Staff and food were very good. I would go back.

Came here for Christmas lunch. Place was nicely decorated, cozy vibe. The fondue was creamy, exactly what you want on a cold day. Service was quick too, which I appreciated since I had limited time. Desserts were good but honestly I was too full to enjoy them properly. Solid spot if you're nearby and want something festive without the fuss.

Nice spot with a good amount of seating, both inside and on the terrace. Pastries looked fresh, and the staff were friendly. I grabbed a coffee and a glass of their house red—the wine was decent, nothing fancy, but it paired well with a croissant. Service was a bit slow, but I wasn't in a hurry.

I had an excellent lunch with a wide selection of dishes that catered to all tastes, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The omelette came out fluffy, not overcooked. French toast had that nice golden crisp on the outside, soft inside. Honestly, that's all I need for breakfast. The area's a bit rough around the edges, but the food holds up. I'd stop by again if I'm in the neighborhood. Just don't expect fancy vibes.
