Aman Tokyo Arva Italian Restaurant

Aman Hotel ARVA Restaurant is worthy of being the most expensive hotel in Tokyo. There are three ushering staff alone. The restaurant is located on the 33rd floor. A large glass floor-to-ceiling window can overlook the scenery of Marunouchi. There are many helicopter pads on the roofs of the buildings. The restaurant's dishes are very exquisite, and each dish will make you wow twice. The first wow is the presentation, and the second wow will come after the taste, because it is so delicious! The meal is quite large, and the dessert at the end is also superb. There are few cake shops that are so beautiful and delicious.

Had a great meal of foie gras, Singapore chilli crab and green tea tiramisu. All were amazing. Service was excellent. I enjoyed the casual atmosphere in a very very formal city. I was alone but I have no doubt that as a couple this would be a very romantic place. If there was a downside it was that the place closed at 11pm although I should mention that I was not put off by the staff or the GM stopping by twice to check on me.

Arva is located at 1-5-6 Otemachi Tower 33F 100-0004, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. I made an appointment with friends to have dinner here, and I was not disappointed. There were many waiters in the restaurant, and their service attitude was very good. This is a restaurant that cares about taste. The dishes are exquisite in style, but the portions are small. I recommend foie gras, which is worth a try. Of course, the price is not cheap, and the menu price of all dishes needs to add service charge.

Exquisite Spanish food. Halfway through the meal, I told my friend that it was much more sophisticated than the famous restaurants I had eaten in Spain. It might be because of the Japanese meticulousness. The wine list is super rich. You are not given the menu until you have selected all the drinks. We chose the 23,000 menu. We were almost full after eating three appetizers. The lobster coca was great. For the main course, we chose Hokkaido venison. The dessert was great. By the way, the menu is super surrealist style.

I can't stop loving egg rolls anymore. I've tried them all over Japan. The grilled shrimps tasted great, each one was plump and chewy. I couldn't accept the taste of foie gras. I've always been unable to accept it. The sashimi was very good, fresh and delicious, and the price was good.

It's a very high-end western restaurant with a bright environment and first-class service. But I think the food is just average. It's not bad, but not high-end either. Of course, the food we eat may be relatively cheap. Anyway, if you have money to spend, you can come and experience it.
