Nice spot for an aperitivo in Bevagna. The outdoor seating is lovely. The vegetarian meatballs were really good, though the schiacciata was a bit dry.

The pizza was fantastic, and the staff were really friendly. Tables were a bit close together though.

The portions here are very generous, which I really appreciate. It makes for a good, filling meal without worrying about the cost. The staff was friendly and the seating was comfortable, not cramped at all. A solid spot for a relaxed dinner.

What a wonderful experience-we came across this restaurant in Spoleto after traveling from the US-we were exhausted and just wanted some good food and wine.WOW! Our waitress was delightful-we ordered and you could tell that she had better recommendations so she told us about the fresh pasta that her mother had made that day-we ordered that instead and it was sooo delicious! The chef had given us a red wine by the glass and when we ordered another glass the waitress recommended a different wine-another Wow! It was really really good! We are staying in Spello for 4 weeks and are planning to return to 3.0 Bistro again! It is a tiny little restaurant so make reservations!

The owner noticed we couldn&#39;t get a cab and just called one for us. Such a kind gesture, really made the night.

My family and I were visiting Perugia from Texas and we heard great things from many locals about Il Goloso Bistrot, so we had to visit.  Upon arriving we were greeted by Valentina right away and she made us feel at home.  We visited on a Thursday, which turned out to be pizza night.  Valentina set us up at a nice table in their very warm and inviting dining area.  Valentina and the staff served us an amazing variety of pizzas and beer--our favorite was the Margarita (it is hard to beat a classic), even though every option was similarly amazing.   Overall, the service was amazing, the atmosphere was very comfortable and the food was spectacular.  We highly recommend Il Goloso Bistrot to all.

Loved the super chilled vibe, friendly staff and good music. Also really appreciated how welcome they were to us travelling with two dogs (brought them water, and found us a nice table in the corner). Food was great too. Highly recommended.
