My sister and I were staying in Bournemouth for a birthday treat and chose the Westcliff Bar and Grill after viewing their menu online. From the moment that we arrived, the lady on front of house made us feel welcome and was friendly and helpful. I unfortunately have specific dietry requirements and she made several trips to the kitchen to check on certain ingredients and this was always done cheerfully with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious and we would have no hesitation in recommending the restaurant - in fact we may stay at the hotel the next time we visit the area.
