I went to the Lake District last month and found the restaurant proto. The dishes were basically good! The environment is very romantic!
Restaurant opening hours: 17:00-20:30. We walked in twice and there were seats.
Picture 1 is the fillet steak (medium rare) from the special menu. The side dishes are well-fried scallops, delicate mashed potatoes and fried potato chips. It is very delicious. The rating is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Picture 2 is the pigeon breast from the special menu. There is no blood smell at all from the pigeon! ! ! ! Soft and juicy! However, the portion is not big enough, so I just tried it for a taste. The rating is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Figure 3 is the most recommended roasted lamb leg, which is also in the special menu. The dish is served with super tender peas. The peas are absolutely fresh and tender, not dry and hard at all. The lamb is flavorful and boneless. It is the most suitable dish for our Chinese stomach. The rating is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

These dishes are enough for two people to eat twice. It can be said that there must be no such delicious and cost-effective restaurant in London. The average cost per person is about 35 pounds. I highly recommend you to eat it when you go to the Lake District! It is also very close to Lake Windermere and convenient for public transportation!
