We stayed at the hotel and ate here four times. Everything was tasty, even the veggie options. Pizza was solid too. Service stayed friendly the whole time, which I appreciated.

The salad bowls here are genuinely fresh—greens still crisp, not that sad wilted stuff you get at most fast-casual spots. I like that they offer a few interesting add-ons too. Back seating area is a nice quiet escape from the lunch rush. Just expect a bit of a wait around noon. Worth it if you have time.

Stopped by for lunch on a workday. Place has that proper old-school Swiss feel, garden seating is a nice touch if the weather cooperates. Food was solid, typical local dishes done right. Service was efficient, no complaints there. Not the cheapest spot in town, but you're paying for the setting and the quality. Fine for a business lunch or catching up with someone.

The view over Lake Lucerne is genuinely stunning, you almost forget to look at your plate. I had the pad thai, which was fresh and well-balanced, not too sweet. Service was attentive but not hovering, which I appreciate. Only downside is the price, it's definitely on the higher side for what you get. Still, a solid spot if you're after a nice setting.

The surprise menu is a fun idea—our vegetarian courses were creative and tasty. Staff took time to explain each dish, which I appreciated.

Came here with a couple friends after wandering around Lucerne, and honestly the tapas hit the spot. We ordered a bunch to share, everything came out fresh and hot. Prices felt fair for what you get, especially for being right in the center. Place is small so it got a bit cozy, but that kinda added to the vibe. Would come back for sure 😊

We wanted to try both the fondue and raclette but didn’t want two big portions. They let us order single servings of each, which was perfect for sharing. Really appreciated that flexibility. Food was solid, nothing fancy, but the staff made it easy.

The tasting menu leaned heavily on local herbs and flowers—pretty creative, and most of it landed well. Service was professional without being fussy. Views from the terrace are the real draw, though. Just note the portions are on the smaller side, so come hungry. Decent spot for a quieter night out.

The staff noticed I was a tourist and brought an English menu right away. Pasta was good, though they re-cooked it when the sauce came out too salty. Thoughtful of them.

The seafood soup was the star—rich, fresh, and honestly a decent portion for the price. I’ve paid way more at fancier spots for less. Service was fine, not hovering, which I liked. Only thing is the place gets a bit loud when it fills up. But for what you get, I’d say it’s fair.

Cozy spot with a friendly vibe. They swapped tofu in for me without any fuss, which I appreciated. Nice to find a place that actually adapts dishes for vegetarians.

The pizza dough was light and the toppings tasted fresh. They even brought coffee while we waited, which was a nice touch.

This restaurant is a culinary gem! The attention to detail in both the food presentation and the service is impressive. I can't wait to return for another exceptional meal by the lake.

The veggie options were solid and the desserts really hit the spot. Staff spoke good English too. Prices felt fair for what we got. Would come back.

After searching online for a highly-rated restaurant outside of the busy touristy areas of Luzern, we found this gem on The Fork. We arrived and were greeted with a great outdoor table. Our server was helpful and funny. The menu was great, and they provide an English translation. The pizza was incredible. I would highly recommend the chili oil if you like spicy food. Drinks were great as well. The feel of the restaurant was just like a neighborhood favorite spot. It was evident several folks knew each other. We felt so comfortable. The place just had an awesome vibe. If you go downstairs, you can watch the kitchen staff make the pizzas in the wood fire grill. This was a fantastic dining experience. Would go again!

Kaiserschmarrn was spot on, and the Johannisbeere drink hit the spot. Staff were friendly, place had a good vibe. Solid spot for a quick bite.

Decent spot for a quick bite. Had the paneer tikka wrap, which was pretty good—simple menu but the flavors were there. Staff were friendly enough. Outdoor seating gives you a nice view of the mountains, though it was a bit busy when we went. Fine for what it is.

The lunch menu’s a solid deal. Got the fish of the day and it came out fast, cooked properly, decent portion. No complaints about the taste. That’s really what matters. Didn’t pay much attention to the room or the staff. Just ate and left. Fine for a midday stop.

Stopped by for lunch last week. The view really is something else, you can see the whole lake from the terrace. Food was decent, had the rösti and it came out quick. Service was friendly enough, nothing fancy but they knew what they were doing. Place gets busy around noon so come a bit earlier if you want a good table.

The veg thali was solid — good mix of curries, and the lassi came nice and thick. Place has a proper Indian feel to it. Comfortable spot for a relaxed dinner.

The pizza was loaded with cheese, really satisfying. Even the kids cleaned their plates, which says a lot. Place was a bit cramped though, but the food made up for it.

Stopped by for lunch on the terrace—the view of the Tödi is really something. Burger was decent, salad fresh enough. Service was friendly without hovering. Maybe a bit pricey for what it is, but the setting makes up for it. Fine spot if you're in the area.

Service was quick and friendly, which was a nice surprise after reading some other reviews. Our server Silvana was especially warm, really made us feel welcome. A good experience.

Excellent food and service in a nice setting, weight staff were very attentive with exceptional quality of ingredients. Would highly recommend.

Stopped by for lunch after a rainy morning walk. Got the beef tongue and the spaghetti with shrimp — both were solid. Small menu but they do it right. Staff was friendly, place felt warm inside. Nothing fancy, just a good meal when you need one.

Loved the location right in the Old Town. Such a convenient spot. We walked from the station with our bags, no hassle at all. Easy to pop out for a stroll after dinner too. Perfect for exploring.

Been coming here for years. Food's always solid, open kitchen is a nice touch. Prices fair for Switzerland, not cheap but you get what you pay for. Had the pasta this time, still good. Place gets busy around noon though.

Tried the chicken fried rice and Hawaiian pizza. Rice was nicely wok-fried, decent flavor. Pizza came out hot, cheese was fine. Portions are big, we couldn't finish. Staff was friendly enough. Place is nothing fancy but does the job if you want something quick and filling.

Warm lighting and the wood decor make it feel cozy without being stuffy. Tables are far enough apart that you can actually hear your friends. Been here a few times now, still like the atmosphere.
