Grabbed the cauliflower starter and scallop & pork belly. Both came out super quick, perfect for a fast lunch. The mini dessert was a nice little bonus. Good for a quick bite.

The courtyard was the best part. Just a few tables tucked away, felt like a little secret garden. Really peaceful spot to sit and unwind.

That air conditioning during the heatwave was everything. Spent hours in the bar just to soak up the cool air, it was a proper refuge. Staff were so on it with the water refills too.

Been coming here for years. Always appreciate how they keep the place feeling open, even when it's packed.

Really liked the vibe here, super cosy. The new server was great, handled everything smoothly. Food was nice but honestly a bit pricey for the portion sizes.

Grilled fish here is always fresh. Had it again last night, skin was crispy and the flesh just flaked apart. A solid choice on their menu.

Been here a few times. The mixed grill platter is huge, easily feeds two. Lamb chops were spot on, juicy and well-seasoned. A solid choice for a casual dinner.

Portions are generous, the food is prepared with care. I had the full English breakfast, and it was very tasty. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made for a relaxed and comfortable meal.

Booked a table early after hearing their specials change often. The seasonal veg plate was a standout - simple but with so much flavour. Staff were really helpful explaining the dishes. A couple of the specials were gone by the time we ordered, so glad we got in when we did!

Ivy and Megan provided outstanding service during our anniversary brunch. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the food was wonderful, making it a perfect celebration.

Nice dinner with my wife. The steak was cooked a bit past medium-rare, which I noticed right away. Still tasted good though, and the service was spot-on - there when you needed them but never hovering. We had a relaxed time.

Great spot for a quick bite. Curry is fresh and the staff are friendly. Perfect for a speedy lunch.

The wine pairings were really thoughtful. I particularly noticed how the crisp white they served with the starter highlighted the freshness of the herbs in the dish. A lovely touch.

Used a voucher for the Sicilian wine tasting. Mike was a good host, knew his stuff. Wines were nice, and they don't skimp on the food portions either. Solid way to spend an evening.

The curried goat was the highlight. It's rich and flavourful, not overly sweet like some places do it. The seasoning was spot on. A really nice, comforting dish.

They read my note for the birthday order, which was a really nice touch. The food still tasted great even delivered.

Third year for Christmas lunch, already booked for 2026. The chips and homemade tartare sauce are spot on. A glass of their house red was a perfect match for the festive mood.

As someone who avoids dairy, I was pleasantly surprised by the menu here. Plenty of tasty options that didn't feel like an afterthought. The staff was really helpful when I had questions too.

A proper gem of a local cafe. The food is wholesome and cooked to order, which I love. The staff were so friendly, it just felt like a warm, welcoming spot.

Lovely pub, great atmosphere. Peter behind the bar was a real highlight, so attentive. He remembered our drinks order from last time, which was a nice touch. Made the evening feel that bit more personal.

A quiet Sunday lunch spot. The interior has this lovely, worn-in warmth – exposed brick and soft lighting. The pizza was a bit salty for my taste, but the flavours were genuinely good. A nice, relaxed place to unwind.

Been coming here for years after our weekend walks. The ales are always spot on, properly kept and consistent pint after pint. That's what keeps me coming back.

Been coming for years, and their tiramisu is still the one I order every time. Just the right balance of flavour and texture.

The roast beef was a bit tough, and the veg was hard to cut through. A shame, as the service from the staff was really spot-on and friendly.

The Olive Tree breakfast is lovely. Service was friendly and the seats are comfortable, which made for a relaxing morning.

The staff were really attentive and the vibe was spot on. Had the lamb chops, which were cooked just right. Their wine list had some interesting local options that paired nicely. Parking was easy, which is always a plus.

Been coming here for years, mainly for the Sunday roast. The portion is huge - you get a proper plateful of everything. It's the kind of meal that keeps you going all day. Decent value for what you pay.

Friendly staff and good coffee. The flapjack they serve at the table is a nice touch.

The steak and ale pie was very good, with properly tender slow-cooked beef. The chips were nice and crispy. It's a solid choice for a decent pub meal.

I had a lovely afternoon tea experience here with my family. The cakes and sandwiches were not only delicious but also elegantly presented, making for a delightful dining experience in a comfortable setting.
