The view really is the main thing here and honestly it delivers. Food was decent too, quiet spot which made it nice for catching up with friends. 🌿

The Uttarakhandi Thali was proper homestyle food—fresh and not too spicy, my kid ate it without fuss. Staff even helped us with the little one. Only thing, we waited a bit for the bill.

Went here after the morning aarti. Puri sabzi was solid, aloo curry had that proper old-school spicing. Place is right by Har Ki Pauri so you know it's gonna be crowded. Had to wait a bit for a seat but food came quick after that. Not fancy but does the job. Good for a quick bite when you're in the area.

The lighting here is really something—soft and warm, made the whole place feel cozy. We sat for almost two hours just chatting, didn’t even notice the time. Good spot if you’re meeting friends or on a date. Only thing is the tables are a bit close together, but not a big deal.

The red sauce pasta and Kothey momos were pretty good. Nice vibe and the view is lovely. Just be ready for that steep climb up — the name isn't kidding.

The Amritsari chole kulcha was the best thing I had here. Really flavorful, came out hot. Kathi kebab with rumali roti was decent too. Oreo shake was fine, bit sweet for my taste but okay. Place gets crowded around dinner time. Not the cheapest but the food holds up. I'd go back for that kulcha again.

Lollipop chicken was proper good, and the veg momos hit the spot. Beer was cold too. Deb ji looked after us well. Solid spot.

Stopped by The Writer's Bar last evening. Drinks were solid, no complaints there. Place has that old-school charm, you can feel the history. Bartender knew his stuff, didn't hover though. Got a table by the window, easy to just sit and watch people. Not cheap, but you're paying for the vibe. I'd go back if I'm in the area again.

Tiny Domino's but pizzas are solid. Mexican and Paneer Makhani both good. They'll bring both at once though.

Tried this place after visiting Har Ki Pauri. Food was decent, no complaints there. But the seating area felt a bit cramped, especially during lunch rush. We waited around 15 mins for a table. Prices are slightly steep for what you get, but it's convenient if you're in the area. Would come back if I'm nearby, not going out of my way though.

Loved the kulfi station at the buffet—such a fun way to finish. The ingredients felt fresh, though I wish there were more salad options. Service was attentive without hovering.

The sweets are the real deal here—plenty of options and everything tasted fresh. Picked up a large box for a family gathering and it went down well with everyone. Parking is a bit of a hassle, but honestly the quality makes up for it. Pretty good spot if you're in the area.

Lakshita handled our table really well—polite, quick, and she knew when to step in without hovering. Food came out on time, which I appreciate. I paired my curry with a Kingfisher and it worked fine. Nothing fancy, but the service kept things smooth. Wouldn't mind coming back if I'm in the area again.

Tried this place for Tibetan food and honestly the pork momos were the highlight. Juicy, well seasoned, not too spicy. Shapta was decent too. The lantern lighting inside makes it feel warm and cozy. Only thing is they get busy fast, so expect a wait if you go at dinner time. I'd say worth it if you're not in a rush.

The Dal Makhani was properly rich, that smoky flavor came through just right. Had the Kashmiri Dum Aloo too, spices were balanced, potatoes cooked well. Honestly the dal was the star, so creamy. Wish they gave more of it though, portion felt a bit small for the price. Still, satisfying meal.

Service was good when we went, though they did seem a bit stretched during the rush. Still, the staff made sure we were looked after. Friendly people, just busy. Not a complaint, just something to keep in mind if you go at peak time. We were happy with how it went.

Loved the idea of trying temple food from different parts of India in one thali. The imarti rabdi was so good, I’m still thinking about it. Slightly pricey for Rishikesh, but the freshness made it worth it. 😊

Came in late and they still served us pasta. Staff was really nice about it, didn't make us feel rushed. Food hit the spot after a long day.

Went for dinner last week, ordered the baked vegetables. They were fresh, not overcooked, still had a bit of crunch. Liked that they didn't drown it in oil or cheese. Place was a bit loud with the live music, but the food made up for it. Would go back for those veggies again.
