Decent neighborhood spot, not far from the center. Had the daily special, fresh and well-prepared. Lemon meringue pie was a nice way to finish.

Came with a big group and we got seated right away. The space is huge, lots of separate areas so it didn't feel crowded at all. Good for a family dinner or a work thing.

Weekday lunch here is such a good deal - we got the menu with dessert and coffee for two, only €21. Plenty of food for the price, honestly perfect for catching up with friends. 😊

Been coming here for a while now, and the cod never disappoints. Had the lamb this time too, still solid. Place gets busy, but the room's comfortable enough. Yeah, it's not cheap, but you're paying for what's on the plate. That's why I keep coming back.

The gizzards here are proper good, tender and full of flavor. Tried the trifásico too, that mix of vinho verde, beer and 7UP is a fun one. Prices are cheap for what you get.

Prices are a bit steep, but the portions are huge and the quality is solid. I was full for hours after.

Loved the terrace for a simple drink. The complimentary snacks were a nice surprise, and they paired well with my wine.

Stopped here on a whim. The grilled octopus was so tender, with a nice char on the outside. That alone made the detour worth it.

Been here a few times. The Ferrero Rocher cake is my go-to for a coffee break. It's rich, not too sweet. The cinnamon roll is good too, a bit dense maybe. Staff is always friendly. Nice little spot to unwind.

The bread here is still warm when they bring it out. That alone won me over. Tiny place in Castro Laboreiro, but the pastries were fresh and the woman at the counter was genuinely nice. There's a little shop attached too, grabbed some local stuff on the way out. Just wish they had more seating, felt a bit rushed.

Came back here again with a group for lunch. Food was solid, well plated and portions are generous. Owner still took time to chat about the place's history. Always a good stop.

The bolas here are solid, though a bit denser than the ones at Zé Natário. Pumpkin jam tart was the highlight though. Worth a stop if you're nearby.

Stumbled into this tavern and ended up coming back almost every night. The owners actually remember you, which is nice. Had their homemade snacks and honestly, that was enough. Cozy spot, felt like eating at someone's place. Not fancy, but you don't need fancy when the food's this comforting.

The strawberry shortcake was good, but honestly, the portion felt a bit small for the price. I was still a little hungry after finishing it. It's tasty, just wish there was a bit more of it.

Nice spot for a quiet dinner. The scallops were the standout for me - you could really taste the freshness. The octopus was good too. They had the game on TV, which was a nice bonus.

Loved having lunch on their sunny terrace! The staff were so attentive, they noticed our water glasses were empty before we did. Perfect spot for a long catch-up with friends. 😊
