Came for dinner after seeing the reviews. Carbonara was properly rich and creamy, exactly what I wanted. The fish of the day was decent too, flaky and fresh. Sat under the trees which was a nice break from the noise. Only thing—service was a bit slow between courses, but the food made up for it.

The tagliatelle with truffle was the real standout—fresh pasta, actually homemade, not the usual dried stuff. Had the pistachio ice cream after, which was a nice way to finish. Jazz playing quietly in the background made it feel a bit more special than your average spot. Would come back just for that pasta again.

Cisk beer was cheap and the 90s/00s rock playlist made it a chill spot to hang. Didn't try the food but the drinks alone were fine for a casual night.

Stopped by for a quick drink and somehow stayed way longer than planned. The vibe is super chill, staff let you be but are there when you need them. Prices felt fair for the area too. Nice little spot to just hang out and not feel rushed.

Nice spot for a coffee and croissant, that view really does it. The lady serving was lovely too. Would've liked a proper wine list but for a quick stop it worked fine.

Strong cocktails and that 2-for-1 happy hour is a solid deal. Grabbed a seat outside on Merchant Street, perfect for watching the world go by.

The coffee was solid and fairly priced for the area. Even the basement loo added to the old-school charm.

Seared tuna with caponata was fresh, well-executed. Staff friendly enough. Wine list is limited, but fine for a quick business dinner.

The owner really knows their stuff when it comes to cocktails. You can tell they actually care about the details, each drink felt thoughtfully put together. The decor has a nice personal touch too. Good spot if you're looking for somewhere chill to catch up with friends over a proper drink.

The pasta was the star — they finish it in a cheese wheel right at your table. Carbonara tasted properly rich. Just wish the portion was a bit bigger for the price.

Gluten-free cones actually exist here, and staff knew their stuff about cross-contamination. Rare find.

The crispy beef and crispy duck are the standouts here—lots of sauce, really flavourful. Steamed dim sum was nothing special, but anything with "crispy" in the name is a safe bet. I’d skip the dumplings next time and just double up on the duck.

The food was excellent, especially the cheese and charcuterie platter, although it would be nice to see a full charcuterie board on the menu for convenience.

Came for the Sailors in the City show and really enjoyed it. The three-person cast told a post-WWII story with humor and live singing. Short but engaging, and the small venue keeps it cozy.

Came here on a work trip. They bring out the raw meat and fish before you order—nice touch, makes it feel more personal. Tuna sashimi was fresh, bright color. Chateaubriand cooked properly, no complaints. Malbec paired well with it. Service was attentive but not pushy. A bit pricey for what it is, but decent for a business dinner.

Pizza was decent, but the sushi was the real surprise. Got a mixed platter for the table. Music got way too loud later on, could barely hear myself think. Fine if you want a party vibe, not for a proper catch-up.

We sat outside in the courtyard and it was lovely once the sun went down. Our server checked in just enough, not hovering. The sommelier picked a nice local wine that went well with my fish. Only small thing, the bread took a while to come out. But the seating was comfortable and I didn't feel rushed at all.

Cozy garden vibe, really chill spot for dinner. We sat outside, plants all around, felt kinda hidden from the street. Food was decent, nothing crazy but solid. My pasta was cooked right, sauce had good flavor. Service was a bit slow between courses, but I wasn't in a rush. Fine for a laid-back evening.

Boston cream donut was solid, chocolate topping on point and not too sweet. Fair price for a quick bite.

Came here on a whim and honestly the food beat some of the pricier spots nearby. Had the rabbit stew — proper local flavour, no fuss. Staff were lovely too, really down to earth. Ended up going back a second time before we left. Just a solid, honest place.

The rabbit lasagne was pretty good, and the courtyard is a nice spot. Service was fine, though nothing blew me away. Decent choice if you're in the area.

Great spot for a quick lunch. Got the fish platter, marina view was nice. Service was fast enough for my break. Prices are okay for the area.
