Stopped by for a quick dinner and the pizza really hit the spot. Crust was thin, slightly charred, toppings fresh. They brought out olives while I waited, nice touch. Place was packed though, took a while to get someone's attention for the bill. Would come back if I'm in the area and not in a rush.

We entered from the hotel and the little door leads to two ways, up and down, was a bit confusing not knowing where the reception is. Food was great, great selection and quality superb. Staff serving us was really attentive and helpful. Seats are bit tight though, from table to table. Overall speakinh we enjoyed it

The pastel de choclo here is the real deal. Sweet corn topping, decent filling, tastes like something homemade. Empanadas are solid too, good dough. I've eaten here a bunch of times and the food stays consistent. That's what keeps me coming back. Maybe not the cheapest, but the flavors are right.

The fondue was really good, and I liked that they had other local dishes too. Service felt a bit rushed when it got busy, but the food made up for it. Solid spot for a traditional meal in the center.

Nice friendly service and good food. What else needs to be said.

The tom yum soup here is probably the best I've found in Lausanne. We went for the hot pot, which is a proper experience. Ingredients felt fresh, service was attentive without hovering. It's not cheap, but for what you get, it's fair. Just wish the broth had a bit more heat, but that's a minor thing.

A welcoming environment with an excellent choice of Belgian beers and local wines and authentic Belgian food that is to be savoures. Thé Auberge also has a unique and welcome take on a vegetarian burger and while the menu is skewed toward carnivores, there is enough vegetarian choice of high quality not to get bored and to distinguish this menu from other restaurants.

Great find and perfect spot to meet for lunch with my son who’s studying at Uni and could spare an hour. Very friendly and fun staff

food was excellent but we waited for nearly an hour. And the location is great, close to everything.

Nice menu and excellent execution by a combination of the kitchen, that obviously knows very well what it is doing, and high level service. And last but not least: good value as well. In summary: very good, thank you very much!

fabulous place staff very friendly and attentive definately worth a visit. Food quality and taste fantastic.. Great selection of wine by the glass too!! thanks lots we will be back

We visited on a Tuesday to have the burger, which two out of the three of uyy say ordered. The burger was very good, but unfortunately the chips were a little overcooked. Otherwise the service was excellent and the room was adequately quiet and pleasant.

The terrace view of the cathedral is still the reason I keep coming back. Orecchiette with octopus and pistachios was solid again. Service stayed friendly even when it got busy.

The food was excellent as usual. I highly recommend this restaurant for an authentic experience of Ethiopian food and ambiance. I love that they play Ethiopian music in the background. The only negative thing is not serving an authentic Ethiopian dessert.

This place has been around forever and honestly, it still holds up. Got the classic margherita and the crust was exactly right—chewy, slightly charred. The room itself is pretty charming, old-school in a good way. Service was a bit distracted, but the pizza made up for it. I'd go back just for that.

We loved it! A real hidden jam! Authentic food, interior and atmosphere. We have had a feeling like visiting China for a couple of hours.Attentive staff arranged warm BDay presentation for our table. That was a wonderful evening with a great food and lots of joy!For those, who want to come for a visit from Lausanne: the restaurant is 2 min from a train station, and there are 4 trains per hour. Or if you come by car - there are lots of parking places in the neighborhood.

Very nice restaurant, great find, very friendly and accomodating staff, the food was very good and the jazz club ambiance was very nice as well.

The chef remembers you. That alone makes it worth coming back. Food’s home-style, portions are big, and the price is right for Lausanne.

Amazing food, unique atmosphere, great service!! And not to mention the 50% discount on the food! Will definitely come back here!

The terrace view over the lake and Alps is hard to beat. Tartare was solid, though we had to chase someone down for bread and water. Service felt a bit understaffed for the price.

A friendly and quiet place. They served the pizza really fast and it was delicious. With the 30% discount, we ate for 20chf per person (a pizza and a drink without dessert). It seemed incredible being in Switzerland. It was highly recommended.

Stopped by for a quick drink and snack with a friend. Staff were super friendly, even spoke Italian which caught me off guard in a good way. We just grabbed a table by the window and chilled for a bit. Nothing fancy, but it did the job for a casual catch-up. Maybe a little pricey for what it is, but fine for one round.

We stopped by for dinner and Momo took care of us. She was super patient explaining the menu in English, which helped a lot. Food was solid, really fresh. Place gets busy, so don't expect to rush through your meal. But honestly, the service made it worth it.

Prices are fair for Switzerland, especially with that view. The sunbeds are a nice touch if you want to just sit and take it all in.

Solid fondue and perch for 73 CHF with a bottle of local wine—fair price for the area. The shaded street seating makes it easy to stay for another round.

Generously portioned dishes with attentive waiters who are knowledgeable about the menu make this a delightful dining spot.

The spritz was solid—big pour, not too sweet. Cocktail list is short but they know what they're doing. Prices sting a little though. Place gets packed and the bar staff gets stretched thin, took a while to get the second round. But that first drink was worth it.
