The roasted chicken was spot on&mdash;juicy, crispy skin, and that red consomm&eacute; had real depth. We ordered a few other things and everything came out solid. Nothing fancy, just honest regional cooking done right. Place was busy but we got our food quick. I&#39;d come back for that chicken alone.
