The interior is really something &mdash; different levels, a cigar lounge, just a lot to look at. We came for New Year&rsquo;s brunch and the crispy rice tuna stood out, plus the mix eggs were solid. Staff checked in enough without hovering. Cozy vibe, though I could see it getting loud when full.
