The Sunday roast beef was really tasty, especially the gravy. Sue was lovely and kept checking in without being overbearing. Good value for a Sunday lunch.

Been coming here for years, and the coffee's always spot on. Love grabbing a seat on the terrace to watch the world go by. It's my little weekend ritual.

Lovely spot by the river, especially on a sunny day. We grabbed a table on the terrace and ended up staying for ages. The space is cosy and modern, really comfortable. Just a nice, relaxed place to be.

Nice local pub, always has a good rotation of beers from the breweries around here. The beer garden out back is a proper sun trap in the afternoon. Front tables have a decent view of the green.

Been coming here for years. The buffet's always reliable - food's hot, comes out fast, and they keep the selection fresh. That's why I keep coming back.

Prices are a bit steep for the neighbourhood, but you're definitely paying for that location. Sat outside for a drink at sunset—the view over the water was stunning. A crisp white wine was the perfect pairing. Makes the bill easier to swallow.

Birthday dinner here. Staff were really on it, noticed everything. Food was decent. Bit noisy for a long chat, but they made the evening work.

The team here is genuinely lovely, really attentive without being overbearing. Food's good too.

Service was spot on - attentive without being overbearing. Everything came out at a nice pace, which kept the evening relaxed.

Great spot for families. The kids' menu is solid, and the staff were really patient with our little ones. It does get quite packed though. I enjoyed a nice glass of Pinot Noir with my steak, which worked well.

Solid pub food, reasonably priced. The ribs were huge and the schnitzel was good. Service from Viktoria was quick and efficient.

Been coming here for years. Food's always good, prices fair. Menu changes now and then but the quality stays the same. Just a reliable local spot.

Proper old-school pub, no telly or loud music. Love the fire when it's going. Just a bit pricey for a pint these days, that's the only thing. Still a nice spot for a quiet one.

Lovely little spot for a quiet dinner. The vibe is just right—cozy and warm without trying too hard. Service was quick, which was nice as we were pretty hungry. Would come back for that relaxed feeling.

Jess was a real pro. She knew the wine list inside out, suggested a fantastic pairing for my steak that really worked. Even showed us the restaurant app for ordering. Friendly, efficient, made the evening smooth.

The 18-inch pizza is a solid choice for sharing. Came out piping hot even for takeout, which is always a win. Crust was nicely crisp. Might be a bit much for just two people though!

Been coming here for breakfast for ages. The staff are always quick and friendly, even when it's busy. That's what keeps me coming back.

Ordered through their app, super handy. The wings were decent, and the screens are great for watching the game with friends. Solid spot for a casual hangout.

Lovely to sit outside with our dog. The server was really thoughtful, even brought a water bowl for him. My salad was fresh, crisp greens and ripe tomatoes. A peaceful spot for a light lunch.

Quick seating, service was chirpy and attentive. Had the steak frites - steak cooked as requested, fries were decent. Solid for a business lunch near the office.

Poached eggs were just right, runny yolk and all. The sausage had a nice snap to it, and the bacon wasn't too crispy. Friendly staff made it a really nice start to the day.

Got a table quickly, which was nice. The pizzas were really good - thin crust, nice and crispy. My granddaughter couldn't get enough of her ice cream sundae, she was so happy. The staff were lovely and checked on us a few times.

Ocean was a fantastic waitress, really made our girls' night. So attentive and lovely about sorting a small portion mix-up. The spaghetti with king prawns was delicious. Great spot for a catch-up!

Nice local pub, part of a chain. The seats are really comfy, which is a plus. Good range of beers on tap.

Love this place tho service was a little slow but I guess this time of year and mid week to be expected. Staff polite and welcoming. Need to get a new till it was very slow. Not able to generate individual bills easily. I had a voucher from previous visit forgot to use it but perhaps a reminder being a Christmas offer might have triggered it

Proper pub atmosphere, exactly what you'd expect. The steak and ale pie was solid, good portion. Staff were attentive without hovering. A reliable spot for a straightforward meal after work.
