Loved the back room. All glass, loads of light. Felt like sitting outside but warm. Just a really nice spot for a lazy lunch.

Been coming here for years. They never rush you, even if you turn up near closing. Last time, the server was just as attentive as always. That consistency is why I keep coming back.

Steve was our server. Just the right amount of chatty and funny, never overbearing. He remembered we liked extra lime with our drinks. That personal touch, you know? Made the whole evening feel a bit more relaxed and special.

Ordered the French onion soup, steak baguette, and madeleines for delivery. The steak baguette was huge, really generous with the meat. The soup portion was decent too. For the total price, it felt like a proper meal, not just a snack. Probably the best value I've found around here.

Chicken tikka masala and keema naan were spot on. Takeaway ready in 20 mins, perfect for a quick lunch.

Paul was a great waiter, really on top of things. The sirloin steak and Canadian burger were both cooked just right. Everything came out hot and timed well. Made for a relaxed evening.

Came by myself on a warm evening and felt quite welcome. Sat outside and had a pizza – the crust was nice and crisp, toppings fresh. A pretty good one, though I did have to wait a bit for it.

Lovely spot. The feta meli from the meze bites was a real highlight. Service was friendly and quick, which made for a very relaxed lunch. The fresh mint tea was a perfect finish.

The team was super helpful when I emailed about the private hire space. They even showed me around a few times before the event.

The roast beef and lamb were spot on for Sunday lunch. But honestly, the star was the cauliflower cheese side – so creamy and rich, I could have just had a big bowl of that. Made the drive feel totally justified.

A nice spot near the station, good for families. The food's lovely all day. I like the main dining room, it's got a cosy feel with the wood and those big windows.

The refurb has really warmed the place up. It's so cosy now. Loved the view from the back over the playing fields, just perfect for a quiet pint.

The breakfast was solid. Eggs cooked just right, bacon crispy. Staff were friendly without being overbearing. Prices felt fair for what you get.

Nice to see the refurbishment done right. The new outdoor seating area is a real plus, and the table service there works well.

Lovely old pub, and the food was good. Using the Greene King app got me a discount, which was a nice touch.

Came for the seabass after a friend mentioned it. Really nicely cooked, flaky and moist. The whole menu looks promising, but honestly, the lighting and those dark wood tables just made it a really comfortable spot to unwind.

Loved the vibe here. The olive tree in the centre and all those fairy lights really make the place feel cosy and special. It's got that warm, festive feel that's just right for a nice dinner out.

Ozy’s service was fantastic, and they even gave us a complimentary drink. The food was amazing, which made for a really lovely evening. We’re already planning our next visit.

First time here and the service really stood out. Our server was so attentive without being overbearing, remembered our names and checked in just the right amount. That kind of thoughtful touch made the whole meal really pleasant.

The chicken tikka masala here is the real deal. The sauce has that deep, slow-cooked flavour, not just heat. The chicken was actually tender. It's a proper portion too, not one of those tiny bowls.

The Sunday roast. Beef was spot on, proper Yorkshire pud. Theresa was lovely, remembered our drinks. Just a nice, easy Sunday.

There is a decent menu and outstanding service at Ye Olde Greene Manne, we had a lovely evening there. There is a great atmosphere and plenty of room outside, perfect for a Summer's evening.

The team really knew their stuff, especially about gluten-free dishes. I asked to tweak my order and they sorted it out with no fuss. Really helpful when you're trying something new.

Food's solid, but service gets a bit slow on busy weekends – feels like they're juggling a lot of takeaway orders.

Very friendly team. The people serving us were stars. The food was very good - couldn't fault anything. It was a really relaxing and nice night out

Been dropping by for years. The food’s always fresh and tasty, just how I remember it. Service is spot on. Feels like a solid deal for what you get.

A solid pub with a great beer selection. Found a spot in the outdoor seating area, which was perfect for a quiet pint. The inside felt a bit dated, but that’s part of the traditional charm. Exactly what I was after.

Breakfast here is a regular spot for me and my mates. The eggs and avocado are so fresh, you can tell they cook it to order. Leigh is just lovely, makes you feel so welcome. Perfect for a chilled catch-up.

The staff took time to walk us through the menu, which was really nice. Made us feel welcome.
