Been coming here for years. The meat is always from the local butcher, you can really taste the difference in the full breakfast.

The steak was the highlight for me. Ordered medium rare and it came out perfectly pink, with a really nice crust. Juicy and flavourful. The chef knows what they&#39;re doing.

The Sunday roast was the star. Beef was tender, the Yorkshire pudding had a good crisp, and the gravy was rich. Chocolate dessert was a bit too sweet for my taste, but the roast itself was spot on.

Steve was our server, and he really knew his stuff. Helped me pick a fantastic red to go with the steak&mdash;spot on. Made the whole evening.
