Took my two Grandsons, for a lunchtime treat and what a treat it was. Food was absolutely delicious, possibly the best I have ever had there. Service was really good and lovely ambience - not too busy - very pleasant. Grandsons loved it too!

The atmosphere at Another Hand is warm and inviting, making it perfect for special occasions. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

The langoustine and miso custard on the tasting menu were just brilliant. The textures were spot on, and the flavours really built on each other. A couple of the later courses didn't quite hit the same high note for me, but that custard alone was worth the trip.

Staff are super helpful with dietary needs! They pointed out all the gluten-free options for our table, made it easy for everyone to choose.

A solid first stop for Japanese food. The menu had a few nice surprises – tried a grilled mackerel dish I hadn't seen before, and it was spot on. Staff were really friendly, which helped.

The coffee and cake at this café were exceptional! Jessica provided amazing service, making my visit even more enjoyable. I'll definitely be back for more.

Ordered online, easy. The KBBQ was solid, but the real star was the soju selection. Perfect with the grilled meats. Service was quick, maybe a bit too quick at times. Still, a go-to for me.

Aqib was our server and he was great. Super friendly, knew the whole menu when we had questions. Service was quick and he just had a good vibe. Made the dinner feel really relaxed.

The falafel was spot on, really good texture and flavour. Salad box was huge for the price. Just walked in on a whim and was pleasantly surprised.

The staff were so lovely and attentive. They really took the time to explain the menu and their suggestions were perfect for what I was looking for. Felt very well looked after.

Loved the heated booths in the back garden. Perfect for a chilly evening, and just a short stroll from Victoria.

Mussels were the standout, really fresh and plump. The rest of the food was tasty too, but those mussels are what I'll remember. Portion was decent for the price.

Lively spot, perfect for a post-pub meal. We grabbed a table by the window and the energy was just right. Food was solid—the fish and chips were crispy, not greasy. Service was a bit slow, but they were clearly busy. Would come back for the vibe alone.

Cosy little spot, feels like you're in someone's living room. Great for a quiet night out. Their wine list is small but thoughtful - the Pinot Noir they suggested went really well with the lamb.

Helen provided excellent service during our visit, and the food was delicious as always. It's a great place for families and friends to enjoy a meal together.

Tried this place for the first time. We shared seven plates, which was just right. The portions were generous for the price, no skimping. A solid spot for a casual dinner.

Love to refurb at the Formby Toby Carvery. The staff are amazing and service excellent. Always plenty of good choices to choose from and food is cooked to perfection.

We've been coming for breakfast every week. I really appreciate how fresh the ingredients always taste, especially the avocado in my usual order. It's consistently good. Shanon is our regular waitress and she's lovely.

The grilled fish was the star. Skin crisp, flesh flaky and moist. Seasoning just right, not overpowering the fish. That's what I came for.

The doner was spot on, not greasy at all. The fresh naan was lovely and soft. What really worked for me was the house red they suggested – a simple, robust choice that cut through the richness nicely. A solid lunch.

First time here, needed a quick lunch. Burger and fries came out fast, tasted great. Prices are fair. Staff were friendly. Perfect for a quick bite.

The Indian-inspired twists on the classics were a nice surprise. The flavours were pretty good, though the portion sizes were a bit on the smaller side. Still, a decent meal.

The old billiard hall interior is stunning, especially the Art Deco dome. A real treat for the eyes.

Perfect for a quick lunch break. Grabbed a couple of their sharing plates. Food came out fast, hot and fresh. Tasty stuff. The sunny deck was a nice bonus. Got me in and out in no time.

Great location, food was very good, communication regarding the booking was excellent. Great service would definitely recommend. Thank you.

The private mezzanine upstairs is a nice spot for a small group. You get a bit of separation from the main floor but can still see what's going on below. It's quiet enough to actually hear your friends talk.

The calamari starter was nicely cooked and a good size.

This restaurant is very welcoming, it has a nice relaxed atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is very good and well presented. Also it has a good sized car park.
