Nice spot. The vintage plates and mismatched chairs really add to the vibe. Menu's got everything from a quick snack to a full brunch. Turns into a cocktail bar Thurs-Fri, drinks are pretty unique.

Good location in the Milburngate Centre. Coffee is top-notch, food was decent. Service was quick, which is key for a business lunch. Both indoor and outdoor seating available. Solid spot for a straightforward meal.

The full English is solid. Poached eggs were spot on, and the sausages had good flavour. A satisfying breakfast.

The coffee and pastries were lovely, but the seating area felt a bit tired. Noticed a few stains on the chair cushions, which was a shame.

The staff here are so friendly and accommodating. I really appreciate how they make you feel welcome without being overbearing. The food is always fresh and tasty, but it's the relaxed, comfortable service that keeps me coming back.

Stumbled upon this spot on a coastal walk. The latte was a decent size. What stood out was the freshness of the ingredients in my salad—the greens were crisp and the avocado perfectly ripe. It felt like a genuinely wholesome stop.

Lovely afternoon tea. The quiche stood out, flaky crust and creamy filling. Everything's homemade. They boxed the leftovers too. Nice touch.

Dog-friendly, which is a plus. Facilities were clean and accessible. The location opposite the park is very convenient, especially with the parking right out front. Made a quick business lunch stop here easy.

Nice spot for a quiet catch-up. The atmosphere is relaxed and they don't rush you, which was lovely.

Stopped in for a late lunch. The steak pie was spot on, really tender meat and proper gravy. Just what I needed.

Perfect for a quick lunch. Prawn sandwich was fresh and tasty, came out fast. The coronation chicken wrap looked good too. Just what you need when you're in a rush.

The beef goulash was spot on, really hit the spot on a cold evening. That herby dumpling was a great touch. Found a local red that paired beautifully with the richness of the stew. Staff were lovely, made you feel right at home.

Been coming here for years. The full English is always spot on, proper bacon and good sausages. Eggs Royale was decent too, hollandaise had a nice kick. Gets a bit loud when it's busy, but that's part of the charm.

Lovely little spot in Gosforth. The eggs florentine was the highlight for me. The hollandaise was light, not too rich, and the spinach tasted so fresh. A really nice, healthy start to the morning.

The spicy tomato noodles were so comforting. Just the right amount of heat and a really rich, deep flavour. Ate them on a rainy evening and they hit the spot perfectly.

Decent spot for a quick lunch. Got the chicken club sandwich and a pot of tea. The sandwich was fine, but honestly, for £14 I expected a bit more filling. It felt a bit light for the price.

Been going here for years. It's a quiet little spot, the kind of place you can just relax. My usual is the flat white and a bacon roll – simple, but they do it right every time. The dogs always get a pat, which is a nice touch.

A quiet spot by the river, good for a weekday breakfast meeting. Had the pancakes with bacon and syrup. Solid choice, service was efficient.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made for a pleasant visit. It's a nice spot for a relaxed meal. The service was decent, though it did get a bit slow towards the end.

Great coffee, easily the best I've had in months. The cakes looked good but I didn't try one this time. Service was quick and efficient, exactly what I needed for a working lunch.

Lovely quirky little spot. The staff are so friendly and helpful, really makes you feel welcome. Had a flat white and a slice of their lemon drizzle cake - both were spot on. A nice place to just sit and relax for a bit.

The bakery section is the star here. Grabbed a couple of their homemade buns to go - still warm, with a lovely soft crumb and a slight sweetness. The cakes looked fantastic too, but I was too full to try one.

The Ukrainian breakfast is a solid choice. Scrambled eggs on toast with their hash browns hit the spot.

The big breakfast is a proper feed for the price. Two eggs, bacon, sausage, the works. Really hits the spot. Portions are generous, you definitely get what you pay for.

Came in near closing on a Sunday, still got a warm welcome. The pork broth was the star – packed with black pepper, celery, and potato. The garlic bread was spot on too. Portions were generous for the price, felt like a proper meal.
