Tried the award-winning spot across town last week, but honestly, this place holds up. The lamb shank was just as good, maybe even better. A proper local find.

Been coming here for years, and they’ve always been cool with us bringing in a takeaway. It’s a simple thing, but it makes the place feel like a proper local spot. After a long walk, it’s just what you need.

We had a great evening, really relaxed. The food was outstanding, and the staff were so polite. Just a lovely spot for a quiet meal.

Bottomless brunch is solid value. The melon & lychee spritz was a nice touch. Food was good, we finished everything. Service was prompt, which I appreciate on a busy Saturday. A reliable spot for a group booking.

Their churros are so good! Perfectly crispy outside, soft inside. We shared a plate with chocolate dip and ice cream, just the right sweet treat to end a fun catch-up with friends.

Prices are a bit steep for Thai, but the ingredients are fresh and the meal was nicely done. Felt like decent value in the end.

The meal deal is a solid choice. Got a burrito with extra guac, fries, and a soda for under £12. The portion was decent, and I liked picking my own fillings. Good for a quick lunch.

The chicken bokum bap was really tasty. The whole place has this nice, calm vibe that makes it easy to just sit and enjoy your meal.

The black bean beef is my go-to here. It’s got that perfect savoury sauce and the beef is always tender. Generous portion for the price, too. The fried rice is a solid side.

The spicy beef noodles were the real deal. Properly chewy noodles, a rich broth with a good kick, and tender beef. The spring roll was crispy, not greasy. For under £8, that's a solid lunch.

Been coming here for years. The food's always hot when it arrives, straight from the kitchen you can see. That's the main thing for me, never lets you down.

The tandoori mix box had really fresh, well-seasoned meats. Good portion for sharing.

First time ordering from them. The curry was really good, flavourful and rich. Just wish it had a bit more of a kick to it, that's all. Will definitely get it again.

Breakfast here was solid. Good portions, cooked well. The view from the seating area is a real plus, makes for a relaxed start to the day. Service was prompt.

No reservation but they squeezed us in! The music was just right, lively but not too loud. Would love to see a dessert menu next time.

The desserts are a bit pricey, but they look incredible and taste even better. Perfect for a quick treat when you want something special.

The staff kept our teapots full without us asking, which was nice. They also suggested a few dishes when we couldn't decide.

Great for a group dinner! The chefs put on a fun show, kept everyone laughing. The Hokkaido scallops were so good, we ordered a second round. A bit loud for deep conversation, but perfect for a lively catch-up.

Been here a few times now. The portions are huge, and it’s always just as good as the last visit. Never lets you down when you just want a proper feed.

Stopped in for a quick bite and my car battery gave out right in the lot. A delivery driver for the restaurant spotted me struggling and came over with jumper cables. Really saved the day.

Been coming here for years. The fish and chips are always solid. Crispy batter, fresh fish. The curry sauce is a nice touch, makes it a bit different.

Loved the fish here! The batter is so thin and crisp, and the portion was huge. Nice harbour view too.

Lunch set is £9 for two courses and a drink. Service was quick and polite. Good value for a business lunch in the area.

Ordered 18 afternoon teas for a wedding break. They looked gorgeous and tasted even better. Really impressed with how well they handled gluten-free and dairy-free requests. Quality was a nice surprise.

Popped in for a quick bite. The fish was cooked just right, really flavourful. Nice they usually have ginger beer on hand. Staff kept moving even when it got packed.

Hosted a big group dinner for 80 here. The team handled everything so smoothly, even when a small hiccup came up. Food was on point. Really impressed with how calm and professional the service was throughout.

A real find for traditional Chinese food. The menu is extensive, and the portions are generous. I was pleased to see a decent wine list with some interesting reds that actually paired well with the spicier dishes. A solid spot for a proper meal.

The staff were so lovely, they surprised us with a little dessert at the end. It was a really sweet touch. The whole place just has a nice, calm vibe that makes you want to linger a bit longer over your coffee.
