Been coming here for years, and the sausage rolls are still the reason. That light, flaky pastry is just right every single time. It’s the one thing I know I can count on.

The White Horse Tavern is a historic spot with a cozy, colonial feel. The wood fireplaces and low ceilings are great. I was happy with their wine list—found a nice red that went perfectly with the steak. A solid choice for a quiet dinner.

Love the cozy vibe here! Their seasonal drinks are always interesting. Just a heads up, they close after Columbus Day.

Beth was so sweet and attentive. I really appreciated how she explained the ingredients in the specials, especially the sourcing of the local greens. That level of care with the details made the evening. The kale in my salad was incredibly fresh.

The menu is huge, tons of seafood options. Perfect for when you're out with friends and everyone wants something different. The beachy vibe is cute, not cheesy at all. Staff was super chill.

The crème brûlée was the highlight. Incredibly creamy and rich, with a nice crack on top. The fresh berries were a good touch. A solid way to finish things off.

The staff gave us a signed card and a polaroid photo for our anniversary. Really nice touch.

Decent breakfast spot. The steak and eggs came with a pretty good 6oz ribeye, and the portions are generous. You definitely won't leave hungry. A solid choice for a filling meal.

Been coming here for years. What keeps me coming back is the beer selection. They always have something new on tap, and the staff knows their stuff. It's my go-to spot in Newport when I just want a good, interesting pint.

Solid spot for a business lunch. The burgers have good flavor, though mine was a touch overdone. The back patio is a nice plus for decent weather. Parking is easy, which is key for a quick in-and-out.

The breakfast service was quick, which was nice. I really appreciated how clean everything was - the tables, the floors, even the condiment area. It felt very hygienic and made for a pleasant, worry-free morning. The food itself was good, simple and fresh.

First time trying their potato omelette. It's so simple but they really nail it. The vibe is just right for a casual bite.

The line can get long, but the staff is always so cheerful and efficient. It makes the wait feel a bit shorter. A solid, no-frills ice cream spot.

The servers here are so sweet. Celso and Diane were checking on us just enough, never hovering. It felt really nice, like they actually wanted us to have a good time.

Stopped by for lunch. Chicken parm was solid, the scrod too. Staff was chill. Place has that old-school feel, kinda cool.

The daily specials are always interesting. The lamb shank last week was fall-off-the-bone tender.

The view at sunset is really something. Came for a casual dinner and spent half the time just watching the water. The food was fine, but honestly, you're paying for that table by the water.

The salmon my husband ordered was cooked just right. The veggies on the side were perfect too, not mushy at all. That plate looked and tasted so good, I almost wished I'd gotten it myself.

The lobster roll was my quick lunch pick. Good amount of fresh lobster on a warm bun. Simple, tasty, and fast. Just what I needed.

The fish and chips were huge. Cod was flaky, batter was super light and crispy. Not greasy, which is a win. Couldn't finish it all. Solid choice.

The clam cakes were really nice, puffy and soft. I also had the Rhode Island clam chowder. It was tasty, but I thought it had quite a lot of potatoes in it. A decent lunch overall.

The grilled swordfish here is always spot on. Perfect for a quick bite before your flight, since it's right across from the airport.

Perfect for a quick lunch. Grabbed a slice of the beef and broccoli teriyaki pizza. Super unique, really hits the spot. Good size slice, didn't have to wait long at all.

The arancini was the star for sure. So much flavor packed in there. The space itself is really nice, modern but still feels cozy. Good lighting and the music wasn’t too loud.

Fresh scratch kitchen. Love watching them cook. Those seasoned chips are the star, honestly. Could eat a bucket. Salsa portion felt a bit light though.

The small bites were the best part. The grilled octopus was tender, and the burrata with heirloom tomatoes was super fresh. The main courses were fine, but honestly, I'd go back just for the appetizers.

The braciole was a generous portion for the price. My husband and I shared it and still had leftovers to take home. The meat was tender and the sauce had a nice depth. Good value for a hearty meal.

Cool spot in the old train station. Grabbed a beer on the patio and just hung out for a couple hours. The vibe is pretty unique. Could see it getting busy later, but it was chill when I was there.

Been coming here for years when I want Portuguese food. The booths are always comfortable, which is nice. Service is friendly and never rushed. It's just a reliable spot for a relaxed meal.

Came in for a birthday dinner. They surprised us with a slice of cake and a candle at the end. That was a really nice gesture.
