The homemade soup was the highlight&mdash;so comforting on a chilly day. Old wooden beams give the place real charm. Gets crowded by noon, so come early if you want a quiet seat.

The cheesecake was rich and creamy, not one of those heavy ones that sit in your stomach all night. I had a glass of their house red with it, worked surprisingly well. Coffee would&#39;ve been fine too, but the wine made it feel more like a proper evening. Place was quiet for a Tuesday, which I didn&#39;t mind.

A lovely spot to rest while exploring the city. The seats by the window are very comfortable.

The outdoor terrace is lovely for breakfast. I appreciated the fresh fruit and yogurt bowl, very light and healthy. The birds were a bit keen on my croissant, though. A peaceful spot to start the day.
