The pizza was solid, pasta cooked just right too. Owners were super chill when we changed our order last minute. Would come back next time we're in the area. 🍕

Simple food, nothing fancy, but the price is what gets you. Portion was decent for what I paid. Self-service canteen style, fine for a quick bite.

Curries were solid and the portions fair for the price. Nothing fancy, but a decent spot if you're craving Thai in Heidelberg.

The Hong Kong rice was exactly what I wanted, cheap and pretty filling. Noodles were decent too. Place is a bit cramped though, not much room between tables. Fine if you just want a quick bite and don't plan to sit around for long. I'd go back for the rice.

The late-night spaghetti deal is what keeps me coming back. For the price, the portion is honestly generous—enough to fill you up without feeling ripped off. It's not fancy, just simple pasta when everything else is shut. Place has that proper local Heidelberg feel, nothing touristy about it. Good if you're hungry and don't wanna spend much.

Stopped by for a late lunch and went straight for the schnitzel. Portion was massive, honestly could’ve shared it. Mine came with a decent salad on the side, which helped cut through the richness. Had a crisp Riesling with it, worked well. Place was buzzing, typical Bavarian vibe. Only catch is they only take cash, so come prepared. Solid spot if you’re in the area.

Solid spot for a quick lunch. Beer selection is decent, place gets lively with students around. Didn't feel rushed, which was nice. Food did the job, nothing fancy. Good enough for a midday stop if you're in the area.

Been coming here for a while now, and the falafel wrap stays consistent. Good texture, though I keep wishing they'd kick up the heat a little. Had the asparagus cream soup this time, that was the highlight. Solid spot if you know what you're in for.

Been coming here for years and honestly the grilled sea bream still gets me every time. Perfectly crispy skin, flaky inside. Pasta's solid too, nothing fancy but always reliable. Place gets busy around 7 so come a bit earlier if you want a quiet table.

The mixed grill was properly charred, juicy inside. That smoky flavor stayed with me for hours. Outdoor seating has this nice relaxed vibe, though the street noise does creep in sometimes. Service was warm without hovering. Just wish the portions were a bit more generous for the price. Solid spot for a casual dinner.

The courtyard is a real gem on a warm day. I grabbed the salad with tuna and roasted turkey strips — solid choice. Staff were friendly, no complaints there. Just wish they'd speed up the service a bit, took a while to get the bill. Still, decent spot for a quick bite if you're not in a rush.

The salad with calf’s liver really stood out — fresh, not overdressed, the liver cooked just right. I’m picky about ingredients and this felt properly handled. Bathrooms were spotless too, which I always notice. Service was friendly without hovering. Just a solid, honest meal. Maybe slightly quiet for a Friday night, but that didn’t bother me much.

Stopped by for coffee and cake — the view really is nice. Tried the chocolate cake, pretty solid. Coffee was decent too. Staff friendly enough, didn't rush us. Place was a bit busy but seating was comfy. Fine spot to kill an hour if you're in the area.

Stopped by for breakfast, coffee was really solid. Place has a chill vibe, staff friendly without hovering. Had the breakfast spread, decent variety for the price. Nothing mind-blowing but it hit the spot. Would sit by the window again, nice for people watching.

Decent prices for what you get. Menu's huge and they don't mess around with the service. Gets loud when it's packed, but you kind of expect that. Portion sizes were fair for the cost.

The pasta was al dente, really well done. Fish too, cooked just right. Sat in the courtyard, it was quiet and peaceful. Service friendly without hovering. Maybe a bit pricey for what it is, but the quality holds up. One of the better Italian places around here, I think.

The chocolate pie with ice cream was the highlight for me. Not too sweet, good balance. Place itself feels pretty relaxed, nice for a casual dinner. Seats were comfortable enough to linger a bit. Maybe a little warm inside, but nothing that ruined the meal. I'd go back for that dessert alone.
