Lovely service, lovely food. Should be clearer that it&#39;s in a (superb) retirement village, we&#39;re happy with that and will be back, but might not be for everyone

A get together with a friend, lovely Sunday lunch. Pub very busy. We booked our table which I would recommend. Our waitress  was great, very attentive. The manager looked stressed! When extra tables had to be sorted out. Food very nice, hot and plentiful. I&rsquo;d recommend Toby&rsquo;s but Sunday is incredibly busy not that made our meal any less pleasant. Well with a visit.

Came for my Mum&#39;s birthday and they made it very special staff were really friendly and really enjoyed our afternoon tea

My husband and I have been travelling from Sheffield to the Fork every Sunday for the last few weeks as we feel this is the best carvery we have visited, and we&#39;ve visited many places. The service, food and atmosphere are without a doubt excellent in every way. Well done to everyone concerned. You&#39;ve got a great team !!!!

I had a wonderful evening at The Pine Marten, where the ribeye steak was cooked to perfection. The staff, especially Lily and Layla, were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our visit truly memorable.

This place is a hidden gem! The food is always fresh and well-prepared, and the service is top-notch. I highly recommend booking in advance, especially on weekends.

Very impressed. I only made the booking as i bought a brand new Car and wanted to go for an hour drive. Lets just say i will be visiting again in the very near future. The eating area behind with the sun shining down and the most tasteful food served made it very memorable.
