Well, this is how it should be done and they have a prize for best afternoon tea 2025 to prove it. Friendly but efficient service, wide selection of teas brewed perfectly. Interesting sandwiches, and you can keep eating your favorites. Scones with slightly unusual jams. Delicious cakes, not too sweet. We also had an excellent pianist playing Elton John extemporised. Well he would, having toured Australia with him. The Moonlight Lounge and hotel in general are top notch. We will be back.

Fabulous all around. It’s across from Kensington Gardens so it’s a perfect stop after touring there. The seating was very cozy. The staff was amazing. The tea and the food were fabulous.

Popped in for lunch and got the savoury tart with potato and carrot salads. It was really tasty, just like I remember. Prices for eating in are still pretty decent.

Been coming here for years, and their chai is the reason. Always consistent. The kadak one is my go-to – strong, spiced just right, never watery. Tastes like home.

The swings are a fun touch, but the real star was the house gin & tonic. Perfectly balanced, and it went surprisingly well with the salty fries we ordered. A nice spot to linger with a good drink.

The tea menu is huge, with hundreds of blends. It's a nice spot for trying something new. I found a few really decent ones. The service was a bit slow to get the check, but otherwise fine.

The samosas and vada pav were really fresh and crispy, just how I like them. Went great with the chai. Portions were decent for the price, which is always a plus.

The staff at Flemings are incredibly attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Their warm hospitality truly enhances the afternoon tea.
