We had a lovely meal served in a timely fashion by a great guy called Neil who was very attentive and was excellent with my grandson

Always come here for coffee with friends. The staff are so friendly, it just feels like a nice place to hang out. The panini was good, but honestly, the vibe is the main thing. Perfect for a catch-up.

The weekday set menu is a solid deal. Went for the beef cheek – it was fall-apart tender, really rich. Could have done with a touch more seasoning, but the flavour was deep. The accompanying mash was smooth. That's what I'm here for.

The wine list had some nice options for a Saturday lunch. Food was beautifully cooked and presented, made for a relaxed afternoon.

Had a lovely stay at the pub. The bed was really comfortable, which is so important. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, made us feel right at home. Good beers and food too.

We were both delighted with our meals.. The food quality was superb and the staff were very warm and welcoming. Would definitely recommend the Plymouth Arms.

Been coming here for years now. It's my go-to spot when I want something reliable. The food is always fresh, you can really taste it. That's the main thing for me.

Came by for my daughter's birthday. The staff were really nice and made it feel special, which was a nice touch. Service was warm and attentive.

Nice twist on the menu compared to their other spot. Tried a couple of the new dishes, really good. Felt a bit hurried when we first sat down, but the food was spot on.

The savoury crepe with brie and bacon was so good and filling. Loved the fresh, crisp side salad too!

The tapas menu had loads of variety, which was nice. We tried a few different plates to share. The flavours were all really distinct. The space itself is quite cosy, with warm lighting and those lovely rustic wooden tables.

The panini were warm and full of flavour, and the seats were surprisingly comfortable for a quick lunch.

Great spot right on the harbour. The staff were lovely, and the wine list had a nice local option that went perfectly with the view.

A proper family-run place, the owners are so lovely. The pasta tasted just like my nonna used to make – you can really feel the care in it. That kind of homely vibe is rare these days.

The set menu for two was huge, honestly could've fed three of us! We ended up taking some home. Great for sharing if you're really hungry.

The beef carvery was incredible, honestly. The owner and staff were so lovely and had a great sense of humour. They really went out of their way to make sure we were looked after.

The team here are just so lovely. Our server remembered my name from a visit a few months back, which was a really nice touch. They're attentive without hovering, you know? Makes a difference.

The Sunday roast is as good as they say. The beef and pork belly were spot on, with plenty of veg. Connor was a top lad.

I really appreciate that they offer a crispy bacon swap for the Eggs Benedict. The hollandaise was light, and the eggs were perfectly poached. The pancake batter also tasted freshly made, not from a mix. A nice spot for a mindful breakfast.

The food presentation is stunning. Their wine list had some interesting pairings to complement the colourful dishes.

First time in, and the food was just as good as everyone says. The service was really on point too. Just a heads up, they prefer cash.

The brisket melt sandwich was spot on, just like you'd get in a proper American diner. Great for sharing with friends, the portions are massive!

Lovely vibe, but Ben the host really stood out. He was so attentive without being overbearing. Noticed we were done with our starters and had the mains timed perfectly. That kind of service makes all the difference.
