Service was so warm and attentive. The staff genuinely seemed to enjoy their work, and their recommendations for a wine to go with the pasta were spot on. It made for a relaxed, pleasant evening. A bit on the pricier side for the area, but you&#39;re paying for that kind of care.

Decided to try their classic takeaway for a quick dinner. The portion size was honestly huge for the price. Ended up with leftovers for lunch the next day. Felt like a proper, filling meal without breaking the bank.

Friendly service and decent food. The full English was pretty good, and the burgers are fine. The Madeiran options are a nice touch. Parking is free, which helps.

Clean spot, really liked that. The tables were all wiped down and the floors weren&#39;t sticky at all. Makes a difference when you&#39;re trying a place for the first time.

We use Deep Blue whnever we need to eat in Southsea. The food is absolutely excellent and the staff are wonderful - so friendly and helpful.  I know the food is cooked from fresh but it does take a long time for the dood to be delivered after ordering. There were only about 10 of us in the restaurant, but it took quite a while - especially the desserts which we had to chase. It won&#39;t put us off eating there, but I do wonder how long the waiting times might be when it&#39;s a lot busier.

Lovely little spot, very cosy with all the teapots. Had a slice of their homemade lemon drizzle cake with my tea. The cake was moist, generous portion. A nice, quiet place to sit for a while.
