The ribs were fantastic, and the wine list had some really interesting options to pair with them. Great value banquet.

The honey and chilli wings were really fresh and tasty. Got the meal for two and it was a generous amount of food.

The open fire was so lovely on a chilly night. The whole place felt warm and cosy. I had the lamb stew, which was just right – tender and full of flavour. A really nice spot to unwind.

The buffet had a solid selection, everything was hot and fresh. I appreciated the staff kept the wine list simple but well-chosen. It's a relaxed spot for a family dinner, though the noise level did climb a bit later on.

Great Chinese food in Shrewsbury! Perfect for a casual catch-up with mates, and the delivery is always quick.

First time trying their gluten-free menu. The dedicated fryer is a game changer for me - actually got to have crispy fries without worrying. Felt like a normal meal out for once.

Took a minute to find it, Google Maps had it on the wrong side of the street. Ended up being on the left. Had a coffee and a bacon roll. Roll was fresh, bacon cooked just right. Good spot once you're there.

Portions are huge, we always end up with leftovers. Good for the price. It's our regular spot for Chinese now.

Been getting their pizzas for a while now. Always spot on, never a letdown. The folks there are proper friendly, makes a difference.

Came here for a birthday dinner. The food was fine, atmosphere was nice. But the portions were a bit smaller than I expected for the price. Our waiter Kieran was really good though.

The family-run vibe is lovely. Their wine list has some surprisingly good local options that paired nicely with the food.

Been coming here for years after work. The garlic cheese pizza they give you while you wait is what keeps me coming back. It's always fresh, and it just hits the spot.

Food's always solid here. Quick service too, perfect for a lunch break. Had the chicken wrap again, it's my go-to. Staff are friendly, which is a nice bonus.

Lemon beer was the highlight. Tried it on a quiet Tuesday evening. Really crisp and refreshing. The rest of the menu looked good too. Solid spot in Woolton.

A nice spot. I did notice they warmed up the bacon baps and the veggie items in the same oven, though. As someone who avoids meat, that's a detail I pay attention to. The veggie option itself was fresh and tasty.

Gets packed at peak times, so snagging a table can be a bit of a gamble. Service felt a touch slower when it was heaving, but the food came out just fine.

The staff are so friendly and chatty here. It really makes the place feel warm and welcoming. They remembered my usual order and asked how my week was. That personal touch makes a difference.

Ozzy's is a cosy spot. Their breakfast menu is solid, and I like that it's served all day. The real surprise was the drinks list – found a really nice local ale that went perfectly with the full English. Just a good, reliable place.

This is my local, and I love the vibe. It's always clean and cosy, with a proper pub feel. The staff are genuinely friendly and always happy to chat.

The new Korean fried chicken was so good! Perfect for sharing with a group. Came out piping hot and crispy. We just kept ordering more plates. A bit on the pricey side, but worth it for a fun night out with friends.

First time here and those salt and pepper chips really stood out. They were crispy and the seasoning was spot on, not too salty. The veggies mixed in were cooked just right, not soggy at all. A solid choice!

The pad Thai was good, but the real star was the three-meat ramen. The broth was rich but not heavy, and you could really taste the freshness of the ingredients. The chicken and pork were tender, and the egg was cooked just right. A very satisfying meal for someone watching what they eat.

Popped in for a casual dinner. The drinks were solid, and my burger was decent. Noticed some live music starting up in the back room, which was a nice surprise. Just a reliable spot, really.

The rump steak rare was a real surprise. Meat quality and flavour were spot on, sauce was good, chips decent. For the price point, it delivered. Would order again.
