Been coming here for years, and the service is always quick, even on a packed Saturday night. Got seated fast, ordered at the counter like usual. It's that consistency that keeps me coming back.

Lovely little beer garden, perfect for a sunny afternoon. They had a few local ales on tap, which was nice. The Polly's was my favourite. Just a shame it got a bit crowded later on.

The vegetarian menu here is actually interesting. Had the roasted cauliflower with tahini, it was really good. Plenty of gluten-free options too, which is a nice touch.

Been coming here for years. The food is always solid, but what keeps me coming back is the service. Staff are genuinely friendly and remember my usual drink order. Makes a midweek dinner feel a bit more special.

Stumbled in after a few places were packed. Ordered the stuffed aubergine and lamb chops. Portions were generous, honestly felt like two meals in one. The baklava was a nice touch.

I highly recommend this restaurant for its fantastic service and delicious food. The manager Dimitri is particularly attentive, ensuring that every guest has a great experience.

The calamari and mushroom polenta starter had really top-notch flavours. That's what stood out for me.

The wagyu carpaccio with truffle mayo was the star for me. That first bite, the cool, silky beef with that earthy mayo... just set the whole mood for the evening.

The host was lovely, made us feel right at home. Food was fresh and tasty, and they had a decent wine list to go with it.

The owner was so kind - he actually helped us figure out the best way back to our hotel after dinner. That personal touch really stood out. Staff were all lovely.

Been coming here for years. The veggie options are always solid, and they never seem to change or disappear from the menu. That consistency is what keeps me coming back. The team is friendly, sure, but for me it's really about knowing what I'm getting.

Been coming here for years. The portions are huge and you can tell the food is fresh, not greasy like some places.

Been grabbing their pizza for takeout since day one. It's the kind of reliable comfort food you can always count on. Never had a bad one, even on a busy Friday night. That consistency keeps me coming back.

Been coming here for years, and the green/red card system is what keeps me coming back. It's just so simple. Lets you actually enjoy the meal without feeling rushed. Servers always spot it right away.

Miller & Carter offers a superb dining experience with excellent service and top-class food. The atmosphere is incredible, making it the perfect place to celebrate special occasions.

Had a decent afternoon tea here. The selection was pretty good and portions were generous. A nice spot for a relaxed afternoon.

Been coming here for years. The food's always quick, even on a busy Saturday night. Got my burger and sundae in about 10 minutes. That ice cream is the real deal, honestly as good as the main course.

If you're looking for a good value Sunday lunch, this place is a must-try! For under £12, you get a hearty meal with all the trimmings. The portions are so generous that you might not finish your plate!

This pub has a lovely atmosphere with friendly staff who make you feel welcome. The food is delicious, especially the steak pie and chicken schnitzel, both cooked to perfection.

Came here with a few friends last Friday. The staff were so friendly, it really made the evening. We just wanted a chill spot to catch up, and this place was perfect for that. The vibe is exactly what you want from a local pub.

Loved that we could bring our dog inside! The chai latte was really nice, creamy and just the right amount of spice. Staff were super chill about us customising our brunch order too.

Been here a few times for a casual dinner. It's a solid choice when you just want something straightforward. The vibe is great, staff are always friendly. The portions are generous for the price, which is what keeps me coming back.

A lovely spot that welcomes dogs indoors as well as out. They had water bowls and treats ready for our pup, which made the whole visit so much easier. Really appreciate a place that thinks of the small comforts.

Server was really friendly and chatty. Made our big group feel welcome.

Took a chance on the pastrami pasta. Honestly? A bit weird, but it worked. The honeycomb cheesecake was the real star though, not too sweet. Solid meal.

The ribeye was cooked exactly as I asked. The flavour was just right, not too rich. The lighting was a bit too dim for my liking, though.

Lovely old pub, really welcoming. The outdoor space is fantastic for families, with a proper play area for the kids. A proper village pub feel, which is nice to see.

Decent spot to watch the rugby with the kids. The staff are sound, and the pub dog is a nice touch. Pints are a bit pricey, but you're paying for the atmosphere.

Cosy spot run by a lovely family. The old Japanese pictures give it character. Had the katsu curry, which was solid. My only gripe is the wine list is a bit limited – a few more interesting bottles would really complement the food. Still, a nice local find.

Our server was lovely, really made us feel looked after. She was friendly without being overbearing, and remembered to check if we needed more water. A nice touch that made the meal feel relaxed.
