The small rice bowl is huge! Came here with friends and we all ended up sharing. Good for groups, but maybe start with one to share if you&#39;re not super hungry.

The skewer platter was a good deal. The liver and chicken skin were the standouts &ndash; no weird smell, just the right texture. For the price, you get a decent portion. I&#39;d order that again.

The tempura was nice and crispy, with good-sized pieces. I just felt the dipping sauce could have been a bit more flavorful. The staff was very friendly and attentive, which made for a relaxed meal.

A cozy little spot run by a lovely couple. The daily-changing sushi selection is a nice touch. I had a glass of crisp white wine with the sashimi platter, and the pairing was spot on. A very relaxed dinner.
