The margherita here is the real deal. Crust has that proper char from the wood oven, chewy and slightly blistered. Sauce is bright, not too sweet. Toppings are generous. Ate the whole thing way too fast. Maybe could use a bit more salt, but honestly, I&#39;d order it again without thinking twice.
