Santa Margherita d'Antiochia The church is located in the main square of the town of Vernaza, Gullermo Marconi Square (Piazza Guglielmo Marconi). The Gothic Ligurian-style St. Margaret's Cathedral was built in 1318 on a rock in front of the sea and retains the 11th century architecture. The highly impressive octagonal bell tower is 40 m high and is placed on four old styles.

Far from the church in Vernaza, it looks like a castle, a rounded top. There are murals of the Virgin. There are also many starry candles. It is like a beacon in the night to guide people.

Located on an out-stretched horn on the Liguria coast, Vernaza is the only fishing village without a beach. But it has a unique view. The small colored house is connected by steep stone steps, surrounded by clear harbor, and stretches heavily to the sea, and together with the church and castle by the sea, constitutes a scattered landscape of the town. For me, this alley control, strolling in the alleys of the fishing village, looking at the wild eyes, in a daze, taking pictures, is the best enjoyment.

This cathedral is also the largest historical building in the Cinque Terre. The church has a long history and can be seen inside the church. Many people will come here to visit, many Italians will come here, and many foreign backpackers.
