Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool Review

Historic, larger than expected, beautiful and powerful monument. Would recommend coming with a local guide to learn the history- way too much to put in a Google review. Did go on a weekend and it was very busy, however worth it. A good amount of walking is required.

After visiting the museum, you can walk all the way to the Lincoln Memorial Reflection Pool. The monument in Washington is reflected in the pool. The lush trees on both sides are lined up. The scenery is very beautiful and it is worth taking pictures and punching in. The reflection pool of each season feels different scenery characteristics. The lake is blown up by the breeze. Is there still a duck swimming in front of it?

Open to the public, evening at night. Part of the National Mall, just make your way around the different monuments/memorials. Also, there is a cafe/concession stand near this monument.

Reflection pool, Lincoln Memorial, Vietnam War Memorial, funny monument... There are too many similar venues around. It takes half a day to a day to stop and see, feel the atmosphere, it is a solemn place, I hope that there is also this place for the public to visit and pay tribute. Very meaningful. From the Washington Monument through the entire pond of reflection, to the Lincoln Memorial, is the most famous punch-in site. Because the reflection of the sun and the pool water match, the most perfect symmetrical effect. Although we went here all day long, the sun was about to go down, so the light was a little darker, but it did not affect the beauty of the reflection at all.
