Pl. Jacques-Cartier Review

The square in winter is deserted, only some children are skating and making snowmen. The square is not very big, there is a sculpture in the middle and I don’t know which character is there. There are some painted ones next to it.

Jacques Cardia Square is a well-known attraction in Montreal. It appears on various postcards in Montreal. I pass it every time I go, because I have to go to the city hall every time, but I know later that this is the legendary Jacques Cardia Square. Disrespectful.

Cartier Plaza is right next to the Cartier Museum. The museum will not open on weekends, so you can only stroll around the square. There is a big Cartier logo sign.

When passing through Montreal City Hall, I didn’t know Mount Tai, I took a photo and left. Later, I saw the pattern on the Montreal Starbucks mug on the Internet, and I knew that this was a famous punching spot.

A beautiful little square, filled with flowers, and time to sit down for a coffee.
