It was a business lunch on Thursday and they made everything perfect. We had a drink at the bar first and the service was good. The waiters we had at the meal were very knowledgeable and friendly (but not overly welcoming at all). I had a platter of oysters, which were delicious (one very small thing is they didn't say which oysters were named). Then we all had wagu steaks. The steaks were perfect and we both liked it. The pea paste was a poached egg, which was delicious. A glass of Tasmanian Chardonnay and some Victoria Pinot Noir ended the experience.
