Naypyidaw, Myanmar's capital. Ashamed to say, before this tour, I did not know that Myanmar's capital had moved from Yangon to Naypyidaw in 2005. When the military government moved the capital from the bustling coastal city of Yangon to the small mountain town in the central region in 2005, it was its strategic location. Although the new capital built the world's widest two-way 20-lane road that can be used as a runway, and the magnificent Shwedagon Pagoda was built, it was still not popular, and most of the tourists we met were Chinese. Unlike the solid buildings of the Shwedagon Pagoda in general, the Shwedagon Pagoda in Naypyidaw is a hollow structure, and there are 4 valuable jade Buddhas in the tower. When entering the tower, a group of primary school students happened to kneel in front of the Buddha statue and pray for blessings. The young child's voice and the verses that are spoken are fluttering in the magnificent hall like the sound of the heavens. The beautiful white jade reliefs painted with Buddha and Buddhist stories on the walls around them spread the Buddhist culture. Everything is so pious and peaceful, and it is in a world of bliss. The Shwedagon Pagoda is also wrapped in real gold, although it is decorated, but the view is still very spectacular. At the beginning of the Hualamp, the Shwedagon Pagoda lights up, the colorful pearls, and the charming scenery reaches the extreme. The tour group ended the tour early, and at this time, more local residents living around the house went to the tower to see.
