Our tour guide, Ye Fan, was incredibly dedicated! A huge shout-out to him! This trip was a fantastic experience! From the moment we boarded the bus, we felt his warmth and enthusiasm. He not only helped us with our luggage and found seats in advance, but also thoughtfully explained the precautions for going up the snow mountain.
The itinerary was perfectly balanced, without rushing us to see everything. He was always quick to help whenever anyone in the group needed assistance, making it feel like we were traveling with old friends.
The snow mountain was absolutely stunning, like something out of a painting. On a clear day, you can even see the golden sunrise over the mountains. It's definitely worth the trip!โ

It was a truly perfect one-day tour. Everything went exactly as described on Trip.com, and on top of that, the April weather cooperated. First of all, the guide leading the tour was incredibly friendly and provided a complete explanation of the course and schedule in advance. Also, the day before the tour, the driver opened another WeChat chat room to provide guidance and care until the tour ended. A total of nine people went on the one-day tour I participated in, consisting of eight Koreans and one Chinese person. The driver who takes you to the destination only accompanies you as far as the cable car boarding area to go up to Glacier Park. The rest of the schedule is managed via WeChat... and in our tour, one Chinese young woman was very helpful. Contrary to my concerns, everything proceeded perfectly according to Trip.com's instructions, and the time allocation was very appropriate. The only downside was the lunch... just chicken shabu-shabu and rice! Still, as the saying goes, hunger is the best seasoning, so I enjoyed the meal. Blue Moon Valley was beautiful, and also... The scale of the Impression Lijiang performance is also extraordinary. It was great. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a tour of Yulian Snow Mountain in Lijiang.โ

Overall, a good experience, but not worth the price.
The guide was punctual and friendly, with a small group of three, which was pleasant. Communication was via a translation app. Water, oxygen, and a jacket were provided.
However, for this price, there are similar excursions that are cheaper. The only real advantage is the small group size. Sunrise from a standard platform, followed by the sightseeing (60 yuan for electric transport, the bus is free). Some parts can be done on foot, so there's no need to pay for everything. The locations are beautiful but very touristy. I finished the tour an hour early, having something to eat and relaxing with a coffee. The organization was good, the meal was very short and not amazing, the feast wasn't particularly interesting, and there are other things to see and do in the area.
The show is the best part: truly beautiful and moving, not to be missed. Return around 3 pm.

I finally went to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, a place I'd been longing to visit! It was beautiful, but also very crowded. I originally planned to do everything myself, but then I saw that the cable car tickets were in high demand, so I booked a day trip through Ctrip โ much easier and less hassle. Before booking, I repeatedly consulted customer service, and they were always patient and responsive, answering all my questions promptly. The day before the trip, driver Wang Xiaodong added me on WeChat, informing me of the itinerary and important information, including where to board the bus. Driver Wang Xiaodong was very easygoing and kind. Because I had some personal issues and didn't quite understand some things, he patiently explained everything to me repeatedly, including how to get on and off the bus, and how to enjoy the sights. He always did his best to help me. I'm very grateful to driver Wang Xiaodong and your customer service. Thank you.โ

This trip was incredibly smooth and full of surprises! First, I have to commend our driver (license plate ending in 670). He was not only handsome but also incredibly reliable, responsible, and attentive, making our entire trip both efficient and wonderful. We set off promptly at 5 a.m., hoping to catch the sunrise over the snow-capped mountains, and we were right โ a fantastic deal! Afterwards, we seamlessly connected to a cable car to Spruce Meadow, where the scenery was so breathtaking we almost lost our breath! Around noon, the sunlight was perfect, the ideal time to admire Blue Moon Valley. The entire trip was full of surprises โ highly recommended!!!โ

This group tour to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain far exceeded my expectations! The tour guide was incredibly professional, not only providing a detailed explanation of altitude sickness precautions beforehand but also thoughtfully providing us with oxygen cylinders. The itinerary was perfectly planned: a morning cable car ride directly to the Glacier Park, where the magnificent panoramic view of the snow-capped mountains was breathtaking; and an afternoon visit to Blue Moon Valley, where the lake's azure waters were like a fairyland. There were no mandatory purchases throughout the tour, and we had ample time to take photos freely. Pick-up and drop-off were very punctual, saving us the hassle of queuing for tickets and planning our own routes. This was a worry-free, safe, and thoroughly enjoyable perfect snow mountain trip.๎ฅ
