Our tour guide, Ye Fan, was incredibly dedicated! A huge shout-out to him! This trip was a fantastic experience! From the moment we boarded the bus, we felt his warmth and enthusiasm. He not only helped us with our luggage and found seats in advance, but also thoughtfully explained the precautions for going up the snow mountain. The itinerary was perfectly balanced, without rushing us to see everything. He was always quick to help whenever anyone in the group needed assistance, making it feel like we were traveling with old friends. The snow mountain was absolutely stunning, like something out of a painting. On a clear day, you can even see the golden sunrise over the mountains. It's definitely worth the trip!

It was a truly perfect one-day tour. Everything went exactly as described on Trip.com, and on top of that, the April weather cooperated. First of all, the guide leading the tour was incredibly friendly and provided a complete explanation of the course and schedule in advance. Also, the day before the tour, the driver opened another WeChat chat room to provide guidance and care until the tour ended. A total of nine people went on the one-day tour I participated in, consisting of eight Koreans and one Chinese person. The driver who takes you to the destination only accompanies you as far as the cable car boarding area to go up to Glacier Park. The rest of the schedule is managed via WeChat... and in our tour, one Chinese young woman was very helpful. Contrary to my concerns, everything proceeded perfectly according to Trip.com's instructions, and the time allocation was very appropriate. The only downside was the lunch... just chicken shabu-shabu and rice! Still, as the saying goes, hunger is the best seasoning, so I enjoyed the meal. Blue Moon Valley was beautiful, and also... The scale of the Impression Lijiang performance is also extraordinary. It was great. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a tour of Yulian Snow Mountain in Lijiang.

I was extremely satisfied with this Ctrip Jade Dragon Snow Mountain - Blue Moon Valley day trip, and I must commend our guide, Mr. Du (license plate 26101)! He was punctual with pick-up and drop-off throughout the trip, drove smoothly, provided attentive service, gave detailed and clear explanations, and the itinerary was well-planned and not rushed. He thoughtfully reminded us about altitude sickness, dressing warmly, and recommended photo spots. The trip was a pure sightseeing tour with no shopping stops, which made me feel very at ease. The scenery of Blue Moon Valley and the snow mountain was absolutely stunning, and the driver's excellent service made it even more comfortable. Highly recommended!

Overall, a good experience, but not worth the price. The guide was punctual and friendly, with a small group of three, which was pleasant. Communication was via a translation app. Water, oxygen, and a jacket were provided. However, for this price, there are similar excursions that are cheaper. The only real advantage is the small group size. Sunrise from a standard platform, followed by the sightseeing (60 yuan for electric transport, the bus is free). Some parts can be done on foot, so there's no need to pay for everything. The locations are beautiful but very touristy. I finished the tour an hour early, having something to eat and relaxing with a coffee. The organization was good, the meal was very short and not amazing, the feast wasn't particularly interesting, and there are other things to see and do in the area. The show is the best part: truly beautiful and moving, not to be missed. Return around 3 pm. 👉 Conclusion: It's better to choose a cheaper option and keep the show.

This time, we took our family, including the elderly and children, on a day trip to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain in Lijiang. We chose a private group tour, and the experience was excellent. Our guide, Mr. Cheng, is a local and was very patient, responsible, and attentive. The schedule for Spruce Meadow, Blue Moon Valley, and the Impression Lijiang show was well-planned and smooth. He also paid close attention to our family's health throughout the trip, and the elderly and children were very comfortable and satisfied. Our dedicated customer service representative, Jerry, who helped us book the trip, was also very attentive, answering all our questions patiently and thoughtfully throughout. There were no mandatory expenses during the entire trip, and the arrangements were professional and hassle-free. I highly recommend this company and will definitely choose them again for future family trips and private group tours!

I really enjoyed the tour; it wasn't overcrowded with too many locations, the route was very comfortable, and our driver was a very pleasant person. The power of nature and the lacework of stone—that's how I describe this trip. I highly recommend visiting Tiger Gorge; you feel the power of the raging mountain river and the majesty of the mountains, making you feel like a grain of sand. The terraces are a complete contrast to the gorge's gloomy power; you find yourself in an otherworldly landscape. The white, porous rocks look as if they were sculpted from plaster by giant hands. The water is such a bright turquoise that it seems like filters were added.
