The 8-seat bus was comfortable, and the driver was very friendly and helpful, answering all my questions. One day I didn't know where to go, and she helped me find someone and book the tickets. I had a great day, so thank you! The itinerary was well-planned, with no tour guide and no shopping stops. Everything was included except for the 40 RMB electric cart ride to Blue Moon Valley. Lunch was a small hot pot with unlimited rice, and pick-up and drop-off from the hotel was also included in the tour fee. The driver picked us up from my hotel at 5:20 am, which was very kind of her. The day trip to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain was very enjoyable. The cold-weather clothing and oxygen cylinders were also included; buying or renting them would cost around 100 RMB. It was a great value day trip. The scenic area has shuttle buses, which are also included. It's definitely worth joining a tour; going on your own is very risky and hassle-free.

It was a great experience! The driver was punctual, well informed and was able to translate everything into English. They also maintained great communication throughout the day. The mountain was very beautiful and well worth the trip. The included lunch left much to be desired.

Our tour guide and driver, Grandma Yang, was a warm and down-to-earth woman who cared for her guests like a mother would her own children. She meticulously arranged the itinerary, ensuring everyone had oxygen, warmth, meals, and water. Even on the eve of departure, she showed her deepest concern. Grandma Yang's smile was as warm and radiant as the Yunnan sunshine, truly heartwarming. Grandma Yang was wonderful! However, she's still quite young; we can call her "Sister Yang" from now on.

First of all, the customer service was excellent, helping me resolve car issues before departure. Secondly, the driver was very nice and patient; when a minor accident occurred during the trip, he patiently helped resolve it. The customer service representative was also very helpful in communicating and resolving the issue. Overall, it was a very pleasant group tour experience, with no shopping stops and no mandatory meal arrangements. I highly recommend this travel agency for a Tiger Leaping Gorge day trip.

This day trip to Shangri-La truly exceeded my expectations! My biggest thank you is to our driver/guide; his service was superb, warm and genuine, and he took meticulous care of us throughout the entire trip. His driving skills were excellent, the itinerary was well-planned, and he wasn't rushed, giving us ample time for photos and sightseeing. His explanations were professional and engaging, and he even proactively helped with photos and luggage, treating us like family. We had a wonderful time filled with laughter and joy, a truly heartwarming and therapeutic trip – a five-star review is a must!
