Zhenzhen's arrangements were very meticulous and thorough, making the entire trip very comfortable. The driving was smooth, and the all-inclusive tour experience was excellent. An absolutely fantastic day and one of the highlights of my China trip! The itinerary included sunrise over Golden Snow Mountain, Blue Moon Valley, the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain cableway and the spectacular Impression Lijiang show. The scenery was breathtaking throughout, and reaching 4,680 metres after taking the cable car to 4,506 metres was a real achievement! Definitely an altitude challenge, but so worth it. A special mention must go to our driver/guide, Master Ye Fan, who was absolutely brilliant. She did an amazing job organising the timings throughout the day, making sure everything flowed perfectly and we got to enjoy every experience without feeling rushed. Her planning really made the difference. We were a small group of just seven, and everyone spoke English, which made the day even more enjoyable. Everything came together perfectly, from the sunrise to the final show. Stunning scenery, excellent organisation and a wonderful experience from beginning to end. 5/5

This time, we took our family, including the elderly and children, on a day trip to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain in Lijiang. We chose a private group tour, and the experience was excellent. Our guide, Mr. Cheng, is a local and was very patient, responsible, and attentive. The schedule for Spruce Meadow, Blue Moon Valley, and the Impression Lijiang show was well-planned and smooth. He also paid close attention to our family's health throughout the trip, and the elderly and children were very comfortable and satisfied. Our dedicated customer service representative, Jerry, who helped us book the trip, was also very attentive, answering all our questions patiently and thoughtfully throughout. There were no mandatory expenses during the entire trip, and the arrangements were professional and hassle-free. I highly recommend this company and will definitely choose them again for future family trips and private group tours!

It was great! Pick up and drop off were smoth. Instructions to meet up at different times were clear. There was enough time and space to wander around on my own for each stop. Mr Wang was kind, friendly, chill and helpful. Impression Lijiang was amazing, unlike any show i've seen before.

The provider proactively contacted us to inform us of the pick-up time and location. The driver was also very enthusiastic and patient, waiting until we could figure out the location he had sent us. The Ancient Love Park is very large and beautiful, with many activities and many spots for taking Instagram-worthy photos. The Lijiang Ancient Love Park and the Legend of Lijiang program were fantastic. This was our favorite attraction throughout the entire trip from Lijiang - Shangri-La - Dali. Note that there aren't many food stalls inside the park.
