Overall, the experience was great, the itinerary was smoothly arranged, and I highly recommend it to those who don't drive! Since we were staying at a hotel near Lake Toya that night, we were able to get off directly at Lake Toya and head to the hotel after prior communication – it was so convenient being right next to the drop-off point! We could also visit other attractions in the morning, which was much easier than figuring out transportation on our own, and the price was very reasonable!
Furthermore, our tour guide, Zoey, was very friendly, and the online customer service was also very helpful. Pre-trip communication went very smoothly. Thank you for your assistance! 😊
