Reviews: Kyoto's ancient charm: A day trip to Fushimi Inari Shrine and Nara to feed the deer, with optional small group tours including hotel pick-up and drop-off.

It rained on November 2nd, but it stopped in the afternoon, making it a great day! I had blocked someone on KakaoTalk, so I wasn't invited to the group chat. On the day of the trip, I was shocked thinking my reservation hadn't been booked, but the guide assigned us seats well and provided excellent guidance, so it was great!! Thank you, Guide Oh Seok-bong, for making the trip so entertaining and giving such great explanations. It was a hectic trip taking care of four kids, but I'm glad I booked in advance. The Fox Shrine and Deer Kingdom Park are particularly memorable. If I get the chance again, I would love to travel with Guide Oh Seok-bong once more. If you book this package through Trip, you will create fulfilling and enjoyable memories. Highly, highly recommend it!!★

Reviews: Kyoto and Nara Day Tour │ Kiyomizu-dera Temple + Fushimi Inari-taisha Shrine + Nara Park
Guest User2026-09-23
The entire itinerary was well-planned, with each segment lasting about an hour, making it very comfortable. The vehicle was in good condition, and the driver/guide were excellent service personnel—polite, courteous, and of high quality. Even at the end of the tour, they never asked for a positive review. Todai-ji Temple in Nara was truly breathtaking; its all-wood structure, unpainted, exudes a strong sense of historical gravitas and is well worth a visit. Fushimi Inari Shrine was just average. Time was a bit tight at the final attractions, such as Gion, but given it was a day trip, it's impossible to see everything. It would have been perfect if the driver/guide had provided brief introductions to each attraction beforehand.★

Guide Oh Seok-bong is the best. I traveled with my daughter and used the one-day tour package, and it was wonderful. I am very grateful for the detailed links to great restaurants you provided, and thanks to your detailed explanations and kind guidance at every move, I will definitely come back with my parents.★

Reviews: [Autumn Leaves Season] Kyoto and Nara Day Tour │ Kiyomizu-dera Temple + Fushimi Inari-taisha Shrine + Nara Park

This was our first trip to Japan, and since we had elderly relatives and young children with us, we decided to hire a car to tour Osaka, Kyoto, Uji, and Nara. The driver for the two-day trip was very attentive, providing brief introductions to the sights and stations, and also sharing information about local customs and traditions. The driver spoke Chinese, so communication was seamless, and the entire trip was completed on time. Our family was extremely satisfied with this car tour. We will definitely use a car service again next time we go to Japan.
